Delicious pizzas with a crust like bread dough and generous toppings.
The only downside was the slightly slow service. This was probably due to it being a Saturday night with two full dining rooms and a lot of takeaway orders.
That said, it's a good place 👍

The value for money, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff undoubtedly make it one of the best places in the region.
One Saturday in July at 11:30 a.m. on the main road heading south... it's not always easy to find a pleasant place for lunch... And yet, we discovered La Grange. The excellent reviews are well deserved!
For just €20, the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) offers a level of quality that should inspire many restaurants.
This simple and unpretentious establishment has one goal: to ensure you have a wonderful time on your holiday road trip. Mission accomplished!

FOOD POISONING
THANKS A LOT, RIGHT?! We almost made it.
We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, November 29th. And the result? When we got home, we were vomiting badly, had diarrhea, and felt completely unwell. We went to the doctor, and he confirmed we had food poisoning. My husband and I weren't the only ones that day. I'll never set foot in there again.
After calling the restaurant, they didn't even ask how the customer was feeling or offer a refund, just a "goodwill gesture" to get me to delete the review. They blamed their suppliers and basically said it wasn't their fault! It's a disgrace. I feel like these people always win... it's shameful.

21/07/2026: An excellent spot in Le Puy-en-Velay!
A wonderful discovery! The owner greeted us with enthusiasm and a touch of humor when we asked for an open calzone!
He explained that it's a bit like asking for an open apple turnover!
So, we opted for a Regina with an extra egg: a real treat! The pizzas are generously topped, the homemade crust is thin and deliciously crispy. No frills here: it's real, good, homemade!
A warm welcome, humor, and above all, excellent pizzas... What more could you ask for?
We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
20/06/2026: Well, if you're ever unsure where to buy pizza, look no further! Homemade with fresh ingredients (so no seafood pizza here). The owner is super friendly, and the pizza... oh my goodness! You can ask him about French cheeses; he's an expert, at least on the vast array of cheeses from this region!

05/07/2026: A really nice place with fantastic staff.
Seated on the terrace, we had a lovely view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The pizzas are DELICIOUS AND GENEROUS (Morgan and Reine) with a very thin crust.
The crème brûlées weren't too sweet, so they were perfect. The service was quick and excellent 👋
Well done to the whole team, both front and back of house. We'll be back since we're from the area 😉

24/07/2024: God pizza, stort utbud. Jättetrevlig personal som spelade bra musik i bakgrunden. Lite tråkigt att de inte hade pasta som jag trodde men bra ändå.
12/05/2024: Nous sommes venus avec l'idée de manger une pizza sur place. Mauvaise idée !
Nous sommes tombés sur "Nabillo" (surnom que nous lui avons donné et nous vous expliquons pourquoi). Alors que nous attendons qu'il s'intéresse à nous, Nabillo, manifestement débordé par les commandes au téléphone, s'énerve après les appels, balance quelques gros mots comme il balance des morceaux de jambons sur une pizza dans des conditions d'hygiène "terrifiantes". Pour finalement, sans un bonjour ou autre politesse, nous balancer sur un ton très désagréable un "Allo?" . Bien entendu, nous sommes partis tout de suite face à ce niveau zéro du commerce et de l'accueil.
