12/03/2026: We returned to this restaurant because of the quality of their pizzas, but unfortunately, we received poor service. We waited over an hour for two pizzas; our order was apparently thrown away, and we received no compensation for the long wait.

11/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Romantica! The staff were efficient and very friendly! The pizzas were delicious, and the desserts were too! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Annecy.

21/03/2026: Such lovely experience! We came with 3 of us and 2 didn’t speak French or English very well and they made all the effort to include them and were very kind. Food was great, Esther made sure we had an excellent food with a special touch 😋 Nizar was our super friendly host, with personal stories linked to our culture and he also introduced us to Julia, who is so kind and lovely! Highly recommend this place, fair price and delicious food! Yum! Obrigada, merci! 🩷 (Julia, torcendo pra vc comer um acarajé bem rápido!🙏🏼)

21/03/2026: A very good pizzeria, but the menu actually offers much more than that: meat dishes with sides like salad and fries, but also excellent steak tartare as a starter if you like raw meat. The terrace is well situated with a view of the water. The service is very good. There's also a small dessert menu, mainly ice cream, which is perfect for summer.

15/03/2026: We were very happy with our pizzas!! The smoked Margherita pizza was a real treat 😍😍. A very warm welcome and a great atmosphere. Thank you!

17/03/2026: The restaurant has implemented a customer satisfaction system that can be confusing at checkout. You're asked to indicate whether you're "happy," "very happy," or "extremely happy," but these choices seem to automatically add a percentage tip to the bill, without any clear explanation beforehand. This system feels like an unfair practice, as you can end up paying more than expected without fully realizing it at the time of payment. Tipping should remain a free and voluntary matter, not tied to ambiguous wording at the checkout. I therefore recommend that future customers carefully check their receipt before paying. It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better without this practice, which I find misleading.

04/02/2026: One of the best pizzas in Annecy. No complaints whatsoever, the ingredients are high quality, the crust is thin and crispy with a beautiful crust. I've tried several, and they're all excellent, strachatella, etc. The slight issue with the size has been resolved, and they now come in good sizes and are generously topped. Well done!

18/03/2026: I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. We live about an hour away and have been a few times. Tourist prices but you can't beat the convenience and the view.
