29/04/2024: I have been a customer at El Arte Pizza for many years: always well received. This evening, an incident with a waitress on this Sunday, April 28, 2024 around 7:30 p.m. I came with my small bottle of water opened. The waitress reprimanded me because my bottle of wine did not meet the establishment's standards. I came to consume a menu as usual. She told me drastically that she incurred 700 euros in fines with the brand of my small bottle of Monop' water opened. I was surprised because I only consume products from the restaurant...her reaction towards me irritated me, the tone rose.and it turns out that I had insulted her....etc. I came to relax and not be attacked. The manager of the establishment was not there, it was a young and charming waiter who played the role of "mediator" I presented apologies as a precautionary measure and this to soften the atmosphere at the request of this very polite young waiter, supporting his colleague who presented himself as a victim to the customers, who moreover did not seem disturbed or shocked. My apologies were in vain Despite my apologies I was "banned from returning" to the restaurant in the future. I consumed my meal and left. The waitress threatened to call the police. After paying for my meal, I left. In conclusion: it's a shame, I really liked this restaurant. I'm not a violent person, I think the waitress is not in a "good mood" for me! I have always been a good respectful customer, but this waitress was very aggressive, as I felt. Whatever, I'll go somewhere else. In fact, customers are no longer considered, especially if you come alone. Otherwise this Pizza is very good, too bad these establishments are closing in Paris. (Bd Saint Michel in particular). No hard feelings. With my sincere apologies to this waitress who felt offended! Tiredness from work certainly. But it shocked me.

13/04/2024: No matter the notes I see for this pizzeria, there were 3 of us, we took 3 pizzas without any flavor and what can I say about the prices... a margherita at 14.50 euros 🫣 never seen before. The pizzeria in Puteaux called Cocorocco where you'd think you were in Italy with all its flavors and crazy pizzas don't have such excessive prices like this pizzeria in Angelo. Go your way.
