04/09/2024: Passing through Dole we focused on the reviews posted. We were not disappointed. Nice atmosphere in this old cellar and guaranteed freshness despite the outside temperature. The dishes are good, the quantity is there and the presentation too. Simple, good and good atmosphere. Everything you want in a restaurant like this.
I highly recommend.

10/09/2024: Not convinced by the quality/price/quantity ratio.
At the request of the restaurant, I will specify:
-spaghetti carbonara style at 18 euros, nothing exceptional in terms of quantity and quality that could justify this price
-suggestion of the day which was chicken (very good with its sauce) but this dish was not worth (in my opinion) 24 euros
- Morbier burger (19 euros), same thing
-the fish dish with vin jaune at 25 euros, in this case, I can understand given the price of the appellation
I therefore maintain my opinion, a few euros less per dish and I would have given good value for money

15/09/2024: We ordered 2 pizzas at 10:10 p.m. when it closed at 10:30 p.m., and there was no problem, they were ready in 10 minutes! Furthermore, we arrived after a big service (a quick aside to thank the chef!) And thank you for your welcome! Very smiling despite the hour! At the top and above all the pizzas were very good!

and then finally we came this evening because competitor above (champa-piz) closed and very very disappointed……1 star because cannot put below..
Cold and uninteresting welcome, feeling of immense disturbance to the point.
Good pizza but nothing more, no seasoning. Doubts about cooking over a wood fire…. expensive for so little as well as for a manager who pulls the mouth + the egg skull behind.. To avoid!!!

The “pizzas” are way too expensive for what’s on them…

Uncooked dough, Di Buffala mozzarella in the oven...so it released all the water, the dough was wet, dough which also had no taste or crispiness.
I didn't really like it.

01/09/2024: Quel accueil, le patron(il me semble) nous reçoit sans nous regarder, on semble le déranger et nous désigne une table puis il apporte des sets de table et des couverts que nous devons installer. Une serveuse vient prendre la commande, la carte est peu appétissante et très chère. Nous commandons 3 fondues, un pichet de rosé. Après plus de 45minutes, toujours pas servis, je demande à cette serveuse si elle nous avait oubliés! Elle nous réponds que non. N ayant rien à boire et à manger, nous quittons le restaurant. A FUIR

C'est pour cela qu'on a voulu revenir.
Alors très déçu.
Pris une fondue jurassienne pour 2 c'était limite la quantité et 7€ l'assiette de charcuterie sous vide le jambon limite on voyait à travers et le reste n'en parlons pas.
Enfin c'est plus ce que c'était
