15/07/2026: We came to Le Pied de Poule before our visit to Biron Castle. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The terrace and dining room were lovely and charming. The restrooms were spotless. The food was superb, there was a good selection, and the prices were very reasonable!

29/07/2026: The best pizza I've ever eaten, at an unbeatable price. Those who claim to have the "best pizza in France" could learn a thing or two. Jérôme is an excellent pizza maker and a truly wonderful person. I live 40 kilometers away, but I would gladly make the trip again. He's been there for over 10 years, and I hope it lasts another 10. Hats off to the artist!

11/09/2026: Pleasantly surprised! On our way to our holiday destination, we were looking for a restaurant to stop for a meal, and we stumbled upon it by chance.
Right next to exit 7, it's well worth the detour. Fresh ingredients, delicious dishes from appetizers to desserts 🍨, friendly staff—I recommend it 100%! And the prices are reasonable for all budgets, even small ones 😉. 10/10 for quality/price ratio.
We were a couple.
