31/05/2026: We came to eat for Mother's Day and it was honestly a disaster. Once seated, we waited over an hour just for drinks. Then, we ordered only one appetizer, which was simply forgotten. The wait for the main course was also interminable; we waited between 1.5 and 2 hours, and the dishes didn't even arrive at the same time. This is completely illogical, especially considering the extremely limited menu with very few choices. Given that there were only four dishes on the menu, everything should have already been ready, thus reducing the wait for customers. There were many mistakes made by the servers; they were probably temporary staff hired for the occasion, so it wasn't their fault. The curly-haired waiter was very understanding and kind to us. There was no apology for the wait or the mistakes. They tried to make it worthwhile by offering us an extra drink per person and a coffee, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. We arrived at 1 p.m. and left after 4 p.m. because of the wait; this is rather unacceptable for a restaurant with such an upscale image.
22/05/2026: Excellent in every way: the welcome, the food, the background music, the wine pairing. The pizzas were generous. The homemade tiramisu was delicious. Truly the "Italian" restaurant to recommend: don't hesitate!

The welcome is friendly, the Italian food is delicious, all the dishes are generous and high-quality, from the antipasti to the desserts. The catering service is also excellent. My favorite Italian restaurant in the entire Lille metropolitan area 🥰

05/05/2026: The location isn't the most appealing, yet this bar is truly fantastic. There's plenty of seating, spread across several rooms on the ground floor, basement, and terrace. The decor matches the building's theme, and the servers are super cool!

23/03/2025: Very good but how expensive it is! we come from Toulouse, the 4th largest city in France, with very good Italian restaurants and better prices. Entry at 20 euros!! (Vegetables)
Pizza for 24 euros and pasta dish for 23. We also indulged in the cocktails which were excellent. On the other hand, the gourmet coffee (12 euros), some customers were spoiled with beautiful pieces of dessert and we had a mini teaspoon of tiramisu (the others were nice portions) and 6 desserts while we only had 5. And to finish all that, despite a bill of more than 110 euros, the other customers were entitled to a free limoncello digestive, but no others! It’s not great to differentiate between customers like that.
23/03/2025: The pizza I ordered was super good and tasty, very good quality dough. Impeccable service. Honorable mention for the dog with a bow tie who watched us the whole time during the tasting 😁

01/05/2026: Lunch menu at €16. The soup was good, the pasta delicious, and the coffee (for a small dessert) was a nice touch; a tiramisu and coffee were more than enough. Why did everyone have to go to the old folks' place? 😉

30/10/2025: I arrived at 12:30 PM (during opening hours) and was surprised to find Mezzo Di Pasta closed (see photo) with no sign or information. I tried calling, but there was no answer. There was no information on social media or the internet either.
I think there's a serious lack of communication, which is a real shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break walking only to find a closed shutter and no information...
PS: I can still change my vote if there's an apology and an explanation for what's happening!

25/09/2024: Welcome, sympathy from the team, quality of the products on the plate and the preparations, normal Q/P ratio. In short, it's the best.
21/09/2024: Very nice discovery of this Lille pizzeria which stands out for the finesse of its dishes, the quality of the products used (predominantly fresh and organic) and a contemporary decor. We had calzonne pizzas and we really enjoyed it! The dough is divinely supple, crispy and soft and the filling is hearty. We will come back with pleasure!
