25/08/2026: First time ordering pizzas from them and honestly, I'm thrilled!!! The service and the pizzas were truly excellent! I highly recommend them and I'll be back because it's hard to find a decent pizza in Valenciennes.

13/08/2026: Excellent pizza and dishes with a wide selection. A great bonus: if you don't finish your meal, they'll pack up the rest for you to take home. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is spacious and has parking.

We had a great time at this restaurant, with many positive aspects but also a few areas for improvement.
The food was excellent: the dishes were very good, beautifully presented, and the menu offered enough variety to please everyone. However, the €7.50 supplement for a burrata seemed excessive.
The service was a pleasant surprise. Despite the restaurant being almost full, we were served quickly. The staff was warm, smiling, and very friendly.
The main drawback was the atmosphere in the main dining room. The noise level was extremely high, with the sounds of the kitchen, the clattering of dishes, and conversations from other tables. It was difficult to have a quiet conversation, whether as a family or a couple. Furthermore, it was particularly hot inside.
Fortunately, the staff kindly moved us to a covered terrace. The atmosphere there was much more pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
In summary, I recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food and service. However, if you're looking for a quiet and convivial meal, opt for the terrace or outdoor seating when available.

14/02/2026: I came for Valentine's Day and had mixed feelings: the waiters were nonchalant, the food took ages to arrive, and it was practically cold.
My first experience was a bit disappointing.
However, the place is stunning, and my pizza was good.
Perhaps you should tell your waiters to use trays, as they bring drinks in their hands, putting their fingers right where our lips will touch... From a hygiene standpoint, it was questionable!
Please improve your service organization! The people at the next table waited 20 minutes for the dessert menu, but when it didn't arrive, they finally left.

14/02/2026: A beautiful setting spoiled by mediocre service. On Valentine's Day, the entire staff seemed inefficient. Note that not taking notes is a remarkable advantage, only if you remember your order and table. As a result, we never received our drinks, but they were still charged to the bill (plus an extra two euros)! However, the food was good, made with quality ingredients. The only negative point remains the staff.

22/08/2026: Even a simple pizza is complicated!
I asked for extra Gorgonzola at the end, to be added after the pizza is cooked, so it would still be nice and creamy and fresh.
When I got home, it wasn't Gorgonzola, but chunks of Gorgonzola as hard as concrete blocks, so old they couldn't take it anymore (I work in a cheese shop, so I know what I'm talking about). They might as well not have served it at all and told me it wasn't possible or that they were out of it.
Plus, the restaurant reeks of stale tobacco and it's honestly not very clean.
How can you expect to be respected if people don't respect themselves or their workplaces?
It's a shame!
Business is already complicated enough, but if what little remains isn't up to standard, it's no wonder so many businesses are closing down! The restaurant is actually quite nice, still retaining its original character and a small, family-run feel. A neighborhood pizzeria could be a really great place, but the staff seem to have lost their touch.
It's disappointing!
