05/12/2025: One of the greatest meals I had in Paris, not just for the incredibly delicious food, but for the service and atmosphere created by the chef and staff in the restaurant. Altogether it was a night to remember forever. Merci!!!

29/11/2024: We only had two tiramisus to take away but my god it was the best tiramisus I have ever eaten in my life! Especially the pistachio one which is truly incredible.

15/08/2024: We came in for lunch while walking along the street and liked the place, especially since there was a table right along the pedestrian street, as if people were eating on the terrace. We liked the food, but we have eaten in better Italian restaurants. The service was relatively fast despite the heavy traffic. What makes it worth visiting is the atmosphere, at first we thought it was an awkward attempt by the owner to turn on the music and start clapping, but apparently every guest there was happy to join in singing or just listening to the old familiar Italian songs/notes with a smile. The owner had a kind word or something funny to say to everyone, even to the onlookers on the street, and the whole show lasted just long enough to eat. It's worth a try.

19/09/2024: It was delicious, the little terrace is very pleasant, the waiters are adorable and speak to you in Italian. A wide variety of pastas! I will return there quickly.

19/09/2024: Working lunch in this restaurant, where we had reservations. Small downside, when we arrived we had to wait a few minutes without anyone taking care of us (despite a large group!) and above all without even saying hello. The rest went better. Quite expensive and rather classic pizza (lots of dough around the edges), the Milanese escalope was good but the pasta was quite ordinary. Fairly fast service is efficient.

15/09/2024: A small restaurant in the Latin quarter. The place is nice and clean. The food is terrible. At least what we had was bad. We ordered insalata caprese and spaghetti alla carretierra. Unsalted pasta that had water at the bottom and some remains of mozzarella. The best way to judge a restaurant is to see how they cook the simplest dishes. This one sadly didn’t make it.

21/09/2024: Le Grand Amalfi is a delightful Italian restaurant located on the Left Bank, directly across the river from the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. During our visit, my wife and I shared a Margherita pizza for dinner. In addition, she enjoyed a large garden salad while I opted for a Caesar salad. For dessert, we indulged in a classic tiramisu. Every dish we ordered was exceptional. The pizza, in particular, was one of the best we’ve ever had. Despite not having a reservation, we were seated promptly. Within minutes of being seated, the attentive staff took our orders. The service was impeccable, and the staff’s professionalism added to the overall pleasant dining experience. I was also pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived, as Le Grand Amalfi turned out to be one of the most affordable restaurants we visited during our five-day stay in Paris. This restaurant offers outstanding value for the quality of food and service. We originally chose it because of its proximity to our hotel, but it exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return on our next visit.

03/09/2024: Un restaurant qui me plaisait ,mais qui m’a Malheureusement bien déçu la dernière fois que j’y suis allé J’étais avec mes amis qui eux mêmes n’en revenaient pas Nous avions commandé des pâtes aux fruits de mer Les plats arrivent et à notre grand étonnement,nous remarquons que les assiettes n’étaient plus des vrais assiettes mais un petit plat creux avec quelques crustacés et pattes qui se courraient après Mieux vous dirent que j’ai réagi à la seconde en appelant un serveur Je lui ai dit que les dernières fois que nous étions venus,les proportions étaient bien plus généreuses Bref il a souri lorsque je lui ai dis,c’est pour faire des économies Dommage pour leur réputation ne pas se moquer des clients eux mêmes sont des clients ailleurs Voilà le monde d’aujourd’hui Ordinaire et irrespectueux Bravo patron

15/07/2025: A super cool place, very family-friendly, with a super friendly atmosphere. There's a wide selection of drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, and there's something for everyone. Special mention to Guillaume, the owner, who is adorable and ultra-welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The food is great, generous, delicious. In short: we had a great time, we laughed, we played, in short, it was so cool! I really hope to come back soon!

09/07/2025: We got reheated broken overcooked pasta! I should have known when the food came out so quickly. This was so egregiously taking tourists for granted — as if we wouldn’t know the difference. When my kids couldn’t barely eat and I said so, we got a shrug. We left with it barely touched. Hard to believe a place would serve this much less charge you for it. Avoid this tourist trap.
