20/09/2024: Nous y revenons avec grand plaisir au bout de 3 ans, rien a changé... toujours aussi bon surtout les tapas, ambiance musicale, très bel accueil, une adresse à conseiller pour un bon moment entre amis ou tête-à-tête.

Except for the last two times this summer. (My Calabrese pizza has changed...it's not as good as before, the cold meats are of less good quality) The burgers too, the steak in particular is not what it used to be..
Decrease in the quality of the products used therefore, and the portions a little smaller. Is this due to the change of menu (I wonder if there was not a change of management to explain this....) I don't know?
In any case, disappointed because Ponte Loco, our favorite restaurant in Mâcon, our sure bet, is no longer.
We are going to retest it 3 times, just to give it another chance soon.
I still want to say that our dishes were good, but less than before these last two visits.

29/11/2025: If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience in Chalon-sur-Saône, ENZA is the restaurant you absolutely must visit. It feels like eating at your Nonna's house: it's genuine, warm, and welcoming. This family-run restaurant is managed by a lovely couple. The menu is simple, the lasagna is delicious, and the homemade bread is simply divine! We adore this place and highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: Very noisy. The "penne with prawns and scallops" dish is a grand name for penne served with three prawns and very small scallops that looked more like clams. I won't even mention the dessert: the rum baba was very good, but don't expect any rum flavor. It was a decent brioche, but very dry, lightly soaked in sugar syrup. And if you ask for more rum, or at least a less pronounced rum flavor, you have to pay extra… In short, a big difference from what's advertised… Should we trust this restaurant? I'm not so sure.
30/12/2025: For me, these are far from the best pizzas. They were undercooked, the burger was too basic, and while the lasagna was good, the dish was small—more like a cannelloni.
However, for a group of 10 or more without a reservation, you're guaranteed to get a table.

13/01/2026: Having stayed at this hotel this summer, my nights in this (more like a closet) ground-floor room for several days were disastrous for a 3-star hotel. This room overlooked the road, the terrace (clattering cutlery, laughter, loud conversations, etc.), and a parking lot where some outsiders, fueled by alcohol, seem to think they have the place to themselves. Add to that the fact that the €15 breakfast is unjustified, and I conclude it's highway robbery! My advice: avoid this place!

28/11/2025: The white toque, or rather I should say the black toque, the pizzas ordered were… I think the cook confused brioche dough with pizza dough. It's a real shame…
16/11/2025: We are very disappointed. We wanted to try Uber Eats. We ordered at 8 pm and at 8:40 pm we were told that the order had just been cancelled by the restaurant… Great… after waiting 40 minutes!!!!

07/12/2025: While the exterior and location are beautiful and charming, the interior is a different story. Room (No. 1) was dreary and very sparsely furnished… a strong smell of insecticide hits you in the throat, and despite this, I caught no fewer than 12 bedbugs that I had to throw out the window… the room must have been in a very, very long state of repair.
Breakfast… charged at €9… was the most pathetic I have ever seen. Reheated and stale bread, milk cartons placed directly on the “buffet,” industrial jams and other products, and bad-tasting coffee. The restaurant was slightly better… let’s say passable. I do not recommend this establishment.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel-restaurant, beautifully housed in a former mill.
The setting is simply idyllic and romantic: the soothing sound of the water, the surrounding greenery, and the warm atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
The restaurant's cuisine is a real treasure. Local produce is showcased with remarkable skill. Special mention goes to the Bresse chicken, absolutely divine, and the touches of Italian cuisine that add a lovely originality to the menu. Every dish was a delight, as beautiful as it was delicious.
The service is attentive, and all the staff are incredibly kind.
A place that combines charm, authenticity, and gastronomy: I highly recommend it!

23/11/2024: La locanda is a very small restaurant but a very large kitchen. We came to eat on November 23, 2024 and everything was perfect, from the starter to the dessert and the main course. With each bite we close our eyes and travel to Italy.
Best of all, my partner even had a special dessert just for him for his birthday. A much appreciated attention. Thanks for everything!

18/01/2026: A young woman, around 19/20 years old, was very unpleasant towards me and my partner. We hadn't done anything wrong, and we, who love to eat there, will not be returning (I won't go into the details of her ingratitude).
03/01/2026: A good restaurant, the dishes are very good, the desserts are excellent too, the atmosphere was cool, the servers were very friendly, we came as a group of 6 and left satisfied 5/5.

30/11/2025: Sorry, but I ate a pizza with undercooked ribs. It's supposed to be goat cheese, honey, and cream-based, but you're giving me a tomato base? Tomato doesn't work with honey. Go figure. Anyway, your 14.50 pizza had no taste.

When they brought me my Milanese veal cutlet, it practically drowned in all the water on my plate. The tomato sauce looked like it came straight from the local wholesaler's jar.
I asked for mayonnaise: they don't make sauce!
First time I've ever heard that one.
Plus, there's a whole page on the menu listing what the chef is willing to do or not. Want to change your pizza? Impossible, except to remove the mushrooms. Thanks to those with allergies who can now rest easy.
At this lost Italian restaurant in Cluny, what a beautiful death for an ingredient they can't remove because it's too much to ask on a pizza. We wonder why people go to restaurants less often? Here's part of the answer.

25/10/2025: First of all, the restaurant doesn't have any nearby parking. The interior decor is very basic and rudimentary. I ordered a Milanese escalope that was hard "like a sole" and the fried food that coated it was very greasy and indigestible. On the other hand, the fries were good as was the tarte tatin. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant, which is too expensive for the quality offered.
