12/08/2024: Very warm welcome, there was no room in the restaurant but the lady made us feel welcome. Super friendly and very good and overall cheaper than other restaurants.
29/03/2024: Probably the best restaurant on the slopes in 1850.
We have been there several times. Always the same kindness of welcome by Gregory and the waiters the same quality of cuisine (special mention for the rigatoni with truffles, flambéed with cognac in the parmesan wheel). Top decor, calmer atmosphere than Cape Horn. To recommend without moderation!

Despite this, the chef welcomed us pleasantly.
An impromptu and excellent brunch.
Be careful though, it's a deadpan, but after a few minutes we were having a good laugh together :-)

02/08/2024: Si vous ne savez pas où manger à Champagny en Vanoise, dirigez vous vers ce resto et prenez un burger haute montagne. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Il est servi avec une effilochade de boeuf. C'est exceptionnel.
Bon appétit. On peut ajouter aussi la qualité du service et des serveurs et serveuses.
27/07/2024: Super petit établissement bar à vins/bières/restaurant. Devenu notre QG lors de notre séjour à Champagny, autant pour le pot après rando que pour deux dîners: accueil à la fois chaleureux et professionnel . Cuisine, bière et vin au top ! Pizzas originales ( souvenir ému de la Mamma mia) et Burgers travaillés avec un effiloché de bœuf qui remplace avec brio le traditionnel steak haché ( délicieux Cosy Burger !).

17/03/2024: A superb spot for lunch. The food and service was exceptional. We found Les Castors on our first day and returned each day of our holiday. The tartiflette was exceptional, as were all of the dishes. A special mention must go to our wonderful server Nina, who always remembered us and looked after us so well and made us laugh. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes on sunny days and a warm cosy fire inside for those not so sunny days. A perfect spot! Sue, John, Jon & Jemma

10/03/2024: Quel bonheur de retrouver un artisan d'une telle qualité ! Les pâtes sont délicieuses et la sélection de charcuterie est parfaite, tout autant que les produits italiens proposés. C'est un endroit qu'il faut impérativement visiter, vous serez conquis. Je remercie particulièrement Didier pour sa gentillesse, sa passion et la préparation de notre commande de retour. A l'année prochaine !
09/03/2024: Une très belle découverte. Nous avons goûté au pesto et aux ravioles et tout était excellent. Une mention spéciale pour les ravioles ricotta/citron, surprenant ! Le service au top ! Nous reviendrons lors de prochaines vacances à Valloire...
