25/02/2026: I went to the Del Arte restaurant in Rosny today around 3 p.m. The service was truly excellent. This is the second time this waiter has served me: he is always so responsive and professional. Another waiter, simply by walking past me, wished me bon appétit—a very thoughtful gesture. I was also particularly impressed by the manager. He handled the situation with great compassion and professionalism when a woman came into the restaurant explaining that she was hungry but had no money. I take my hat off to him.

06/01/2026: I come to this pizzeria occasionally. The quality has never wavered: the pizzas and pasta are truly excellent. I'm taking off one star because of the drink prices: €8 for a non-alcoholic cocktail and €26 for a 50cl carafe of Italian wine—that's steep. So come eat here, but drink water.

When I asked the waitress for an explanation, she condescendingly replied that I had received burrata, not stracciatella, since that's what I had ordered. However, there is only one possible supplement for pasta, and that's the one I pointed out, even though I could have said something else, and especially since no "burrata" supplement is clearly listed in that category. The problem isn't so much the extra €2, but the way the situation was handled: no apology for the confusion, no attempt to clarify or adjust the order, when a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. The waitress simply insisted on taking the amount initially presented, without attempting to resolve the misunderstanding constructively. It's a shame, because the pasta was good, but the overall experience was spoiled by this lack of professionalism.
