09/12/2025: As usual, we had a wonderful time at La Cavallina restaurant. The welcome is always so warm! The staff are always smiling, which is lovely. The atmosphere is fantastic. The food is homemade, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, making for a healthy meal. An incredible culinary delight, bursting with flavor, with refined and harmonious dishes beautifully presented. Delicious from start to finish. The staff is incredibly attentive and extremely responsive. Special mention to Livio for his kindness and good humor! If you appreciate authenticity and a friendly atmosphere, this is the perfect place to spend a wonderful time. It's perfect, and it needs to be said! I highly recommend it; you can go without hesitation! A must-try with family, friends, or your loved one.

16/01/2026: Whoa, this is getting heated! 😡 Let me explain: The order was incorrect: the tomato-based pizza was changed to a crème fraîche base. For the other pizzas (6), it was even worse. The pizzas were lukewarm, even cold, and don't even get me started on the toppings—they were practically nonexistent. For example: the foie gras and scallop pizza → 6 tiny scallops and 1 gram of foie gras. A SHAME! This isn't the first time I've told the pizzeria that their orders are rarely accurate. Maybe they should change the person taking the orders AND the person making the pizzas... Then we might have a chance of getting an accurate order and decent toppings on the pizzas! 😤

12/06/2025: Extremely friendly staff. They're always available to customize orders. Very good pizzas at very reasonable prices. The service is fast, even on weekend evenings. I've never had any problems with their many orders. I highly recommend them!

10/06/2025: I ordered 3 senior pizzas for delivery yesterday, we were delivered and then I realized that one of the pizzas was not the one ordered; I simply called back the delivery man who had just left thinking that he could have switched the pizzas, finally the pizzeria had ordered the wrong one so they kindly offered us to have a free pizza next time or to be delivered in 10 minutes with the right pizza, we don't eat there often so we opted for the second option and then we heard on the phone one of the employees complaining and saying that we were annoying in very vulgar language. I am quite shocked that for a mistake by the pizzeria the customer is blamed it was disappointing on the part of the employee but anyway it was good but I don't think there will be any new orders from you from us

21/01/2025: Everything is perfect at CarpeDiem. Here no classic lasagna or basic pizzas but generous, delicious Italian dishes served with such kindness! Thank you for modifying the pasta to satisfy children and adults. All with excellent value for money.

26/01/2026: We are a group of hikers who came to have lunch at this restaurant this Monday. We ate very well. The beef bourguignon on the menu today was really generous, and the ripps were very well cooked. The Norman apple tart was also excellent—a huge slice, and very inexpensive, which is rare these days. Everything is homemade. The restaurant is spotless, as are the restrooms. The staff are pleasant. If you're passing through Baillet-en-France, don't hesitate to stop by; you won't be disappointed.

13/01/2025: We have been frequenting this restaurant for a long time, which changed location some time ago. The pizzas are excellent and more generally all the dishes offered on the menu. The new room is very pleasant even if we somewhat regret the old establishment and in particular its terrace which was more pleasant in terms of location. The staff is super friendly, attentive and the service is fast. I recommend.
