31/05/2026: During our stay in the area, we were able to try the pizzas, salads, and pasta, not to mention the desserts. The food is well-prepared, the dishes are flavorful and generous. The service is consistent in terms of speed and pleasant. It's almost a shame there isn't a more private outdoor terrace, as the time spent there is quite enjoyable.

The wood-fired pizzas are incredible, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. The pasta is flavorful, the homemade desserts delicious… every dish makes you feel like you've traveled straight to Sicily. But what makes the experience even more memorable is the service. Special mention goes to Giuliano, a remarkable waiter: smiling, attentive, professional, and always in good spirits. He knows perfectly how to make customers feel at ease, and thanks to him, you feel welcomed like family. This is clearly one of the best Italian restaurants in Rambouillet. A place where you eat extremely well, where the service is impeccable, and where you only have one desire: to return as soon as possible. Bravo to the whole team!

12/05/2026: A place I stumbled upon while strolling through Saint-Germain. A lovely storefront with a small terrace. I tried the mozzarella, goat cheese, and honey pizza. A real treat! Everything was high-quality and delicious. The owner is very friendly and attentive to his customers' well-being. And the sunshine was perfect too. Definitely worth a visit!
