17/05/2026: I've been going there to eat for a long time, but I have a special thought for my 50th birthday evening!!! Thank you for everything, and forever!! The whole team is fantastic and the food is always delicious

06/05/2026: The dining room is decent, though a bit noisy. The welcome and service were a little cold. The pizzas and desserts are delicious.

04/05/2026: So, Mario, who's the chef, the restaurant manager, is a true chef and restaurateur. And with experience. And his food is delicious. Then there's Italian music in the restaurant. The lovely music is as beautiful as Mario's cooking. And Mario's food... even in Italy, we simply don't find it this delicious. So, you can really have lunch, order, or dinner at Mario's. And the prices are also very affordable. These days, on Earth, we really don't find all of this anymore, at truly affordable prices, such good food. And Mario should really publish an Italian cookbook. Or even make tutorials on YouTube. To truly share good, delicious, and affordable Italian cuisine. Not even the 500-euro stuff where, in the end, there's nothing really on the plate except a bit of glitz.

21/04/2026: Pizza worthy of a great Neapolitan pizza maker. Very high-quality ingredients. Perfectly cooked. For it to be absolutely perfect, the use of extra-fine semolina would be even better. Pleasant and professional service. A wonderful discovery. A word of advice: make a reservation as seating is limited.

01/05/2026: I don't recommend the tiramisu; it has no flavor other than ladyfingers soaked in black coffee. As for the burrata appetizer, it will be served unceremoniously on a plate, with nothing else. A white ball that just slides around on the plate.

06/05/2026: A short break after visiting the castle... Admittedly, the menu is limited, but the homemade dishes are very good. The welcome is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I'll definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

03/05/2026: A wonderful culinary experience with my partner. The chicken terrine was succulent, and the lasagna Bolognese was delicious and full of flavor. The tiramisu was light and flavorful, although the portion was a bit small, which was a shame. The welcome was warm and friendly; thank you to the owners. I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/03/2026: An unforgettable experience… unfortunately not for the right reasons. The pizza was a disaster, and to top it off, I got food poisoning that landed me straight in the emergency room. At least I discovered that their specialty isn't cooking, but frequent trips to the bathroom. Only try this place if you've always dreamed of turning your stomach into a battlefield.

21/10/2025: A little pricey for frozen food. But the chocolate mousse is a marvel of dark chocolate. It's flavorful, firm and airy, and definitely tastes like it's lacking. On its own, it's worth 5 stars. The service is friendly, smiling, a little hesitant, but efficient. But only those who order a starter get the bread basket, which is a shame.

26/05/2026: Very disappointing. The €24 marinated octopus salad was served with a lot of fennel, very little octopus cut into tiny pieces, and no marinade: mediocre taste and quantity considering the price. Similarly, the carpaccio plates were offered without lemon…

22/03/2026: When you're with friends, you quickly forget about the restaurant service, because the relaxed atmosphere makes you think about other things. Restaurant owners know this well. The menu is quite good in terms of choice. But there were some oversights. No carafe of water, which should be provided automatically (even if we didn't have children, it's mandatory in France). Likewise, no bread basket. I had to ask three times for a drink (my neighbor to the left) that was supposed to accompany a dish (the drink I ordered arrived almost at the end of the meal) 😕. My dish didn't arrive at the same time as everyone else's (this isn't a big deal), but more importantly, it was cold inside (we know the process of reheating a cold dish in the microwave, as we sometimes do at home 😉). The waiter was good, and thankfully, that made up for these minor inconveniences. We were poorly seated in the dining room, right next to the entrance. Despite the airlock, I had to close the door twice because the cold air was coming in. There was a rather large (old) cobweb on the ceiling in the restroom. We would still come back, and certainly, because you can only improve by asking for customer feedback to be more attentive next time. Even in restaurants with only four seats, there are hiccups. Pizza del Arte lives up to its status as a second-category restaurant. Well done, because it's a great alternative for non-gastronomic meals. That's what we came for. Great team in Chambourcy.
