07/09/2024: For our first time in this restaurant we arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were very well received!
The blonde waitress is very pleasant and friendly thanks to her
The food is really good, the quality is there, we will come back!
30/08/2024: I arrive at Wasabi at 8:45 p.m. without having reserved, for two people, nothing exceptional you might say on a Friday evening. The blonde waitress is completely stressed, she offers us a table right in the passage because the other tables are not washed. We kindly tell her that we can wait and in an aggressive tone she tells us you had to book. I told her if we were disturbing we could leave, she snatched the cards from our hands and she didn't say goodbye.

Better to collect your order on site.
18/08/2024: Very good cuisine. You will get what you pay for, the dishes are plentiful for fairly low prices, and the large quantity of choice allows you to choose according to your hunger! The staff is very friendly and understanding. We ordered a brownie, but forgot that my son had a nut allergy. When we went to the counter to pay, we asked the manager to check if there was any, and she immediately offered to remove the dish from the bill!

27/07/2024: Very good sushi I loved it, more tasty than the other sushi that you could find on the market I recommend it's a shame that the customers are not in the restaurant (in fact when you consult the restaurant on Google maps you see written that the restaurant is only available for orders) while the restaurant space is cozy and working is a shame

To respond to your request via Uber Eats on July 22, 2024, regarding my dissatisfaction with my last order, I agree to provide you with more details. Indeed, I was very disappointed by Sushi Shop Bourges because the quantities were very mediocre: the sashimi was for some cut very very thin, to the point that pieces separated when grabbed with the chopsticks. The same goes for the sushi, some of which had a very thin, very short slice of fish that didn't even cover the rice.
Added to this is the rather mediocre quality: the sushi rice was dry, the sashimi cut irregularly (with most of the slices very very thin), a bone was present in one sashimi.
No sauce (sweet or savory) is provided but must be added separately and is payable (a savory sauce which did not allow me to accompany all the sashimi and sushi given the quantity again).
The only thing acceptable was the quality of the fish.
All this for more than €40 per person… that doesn’t make you want to order more.
