04/04/2026: I've been going to Tarbes for 10 years, and these are the best sushi in the city. The chef is super friendly and welcoming, I've never been disappointed, I highly recommend them.

30/03/2026: I'm a huge fan of this restaurant. The sushi and other meals are fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, for the past few months, I've been receiving promotional emails offering discount codes. There's no way to unsubscribe from these emails, which is illegal. The emails were sent with all recipients visible! I've emailed them several times asking them to stop, but they continue. I even called politely and asked to be removed from the mailing list, "please." The response I received was, "Is that all you call about?!" in an extremely condescending tone. I keep receiving emails. Regardless of the number or content, they are illegal and must stop at the recipient's request. If this continues, I will take further legal action. I just want to explain common sense and respect to Mr. Benoît ***. I'm disappointed because this completely prevents me from returning to your establishment.

15/03/2026: Excellent! The chef cooked especially for us, we were the last ones there, it was super delicious!

30/01/2026: Excellent Asian caterer where everything is homemade, and the takeaway portions are very generous. Good value for money. And the service is always extremely friendly!

21/04/2026: Honestly, the value for money is terrible. I ordered a Poke Bowl and the portion was very, very small considering the price of €18. While the ingredients are certainly good quality, if you take away the salmon, you're basically talking about a few cheap raw vegetables. I won't be going back because at Very, the Poke Bowl is €13 and much more substantial. Sincerely.

09/04/2026: We ordered sushi today with some specific requirements! We don't like raw fish or cheese! The waitress took her time and gave us excellent advice! We thoroughly enjoyed it, absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it! Fast service, friendly service, and delicious food!
