I returned (on Saturday, April 18, 2026) around 8 pm with a longtime friend for dinner near our home in Rueil-Malmaison. I can't give you the 5 stars you deserve for the food because there are far too many flaws regarding the service and atmosphere, and I'll go into detail, no worries! The food was excellent after the renovation and reopening in October of last year (2025), the quality of the food is undeniable! But the price increase is outrageous! A 60% increase for an all-you-can-eat menu—the staff should be informed! Before, the lunch menu was €14.99 and the dinner menu was €19.99, almost €20, and now the dinner menu is €32. What's with this massive price hike? The classic Virgin Mojito is a rip-off. They just throw in a mint leaf, a measly little lemon, and some 7ven Up Mojito, thinking it's a real Virgin Mojito (a non-alcoholic cocktail) because you can still taste the 7ven Up. They charge customers €5.30—it's a complete rip-off! As for the atmosphere and service, it's far too noisy because it's crowded and the tables are all crammed together. It's impossible to have any peace and quiet without the servers constantly clearing and bringing back the dishes. It's absolutely unbearable! It made you not want to talk, let alone eat, period! The dishes arrive haphazardly, and sometimes they're incomplete. Oh yes, always check your receipt when you pay and ask for it every time to avoid surprises. I won't be back anytime soon, not even for a long time, because I'm very disappointed with how it's turned out! Avoid this place because you have to eat your fill to pay the price they are offering today, since individual dishes no longer exist.

12/04/2026: 10/10 I've been eating there for years, they've always respected their customers, the food was always good, and don't listen to the reviews of people who've only been once.
11/04/2026: The restaurant is very small. The price is reasonable for what you get. I don't recommend coming on weekends because there's a long wait and the food isn't great! A weekday is better.

27/04/2026: Amazing experience at Sushi Wako! Honestly, it was delicious from start to finish. The owner is lovely and very welcoming, and the gentleman is also really kind—you immediately feel at ease.
The service is incredibly fast; we were served in under 10 minutes, which is quite impressive considering the quality of the food.
I ordered a noodle dish with an incredibly generous portion, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, perfectly seasoned, nothing to complain about. I also tried the beef and cheese skewers, and again, a real treat.
I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 🍜🍢
05/04/2026: Absolutely no hygiene, from the service to the taste. The waitress dropped beef and cheese skewers in front of my colleagues, and I picked them up and put them back on the plate right in front of us. She mentioned there were special offers, but when it came time to pay, they were nowhere to be found. Go ahead and try it if you want a sick note.

03/04/2026: I go back frequently; compared to others, it's clearly the one with the best quality products.
The salmon isn't cut from salmon steaks, for example!
Ultimately, the value for money is more than reasonable.
Knowing that it's a restaurant open during office hours, it can get expensive on a daily basis...
The lunch menus, however, are affordable.
June 2024: My opinion remains unchanged.
I think there's nothing better in the area for this type of cuisine.
I'd also like to mention the staff, who are very helpful and always attentive.
March 2026: Over all these years, I've eaten here regularly, I've never been disappointed, quite the opposite, I've always found the dishes to be of high quality.
My visits are becoming less and less frequent as I'm in the area less and less, but the service is still just as attentive.
01/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats. It was the worst sushi I've ever eaten in my life. Horrible.

17/12/2023: Order for delivery. The scam is total. They charge you for two salmon and cheese sushi at €5.90 and you receive something completely different from the photo on the site. In this case a thin slice of salmon with sliced industrial cheese. The photo speaks for itself. The portions are ridiculously small.

28/08/2024: I have never eaten there, but I would like to thank you for the delivery service, the young man who often wears a balaclava under his helmet is very nice, friendly and polite. As for the food, I am never disappointed, the portions are generous, the skewers are delicious, the steams are the best I have tasted for restaurants of this range. This restaurant is my favorite and I only order my Asian cuisine from them!
