27/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On several occasions, empty plates remained on our table for a long time without being cleared. And yet, it was a very quiet evening; the restaurant wasn't even painted. When I asked the waiter to remove them, he responded very rudely, accusing us of waste. He insisted several times, in a disrespectful tone, in front of everyone.
However, it wasn't intentional waste. I had simply left a soup that I hadn't liked, although I had eaten half of it. There was also some food left over that the children couldn't finish, which can happen in any restaurant. We absolutely did not try to take advantage of the "all-you-can-eat" concept. In fact, I myself am very sensitive to food waste.
The waiter's lack of respect completely ruined our meal. It's a real shame, because good service is just as important as the quality of the food. For this reason, I will not return to this restaurant.

16/05/2026: Unpleasant staff, especially the blonde woman behind the counter. Honestly disappointed, especially considering the food was decent! Have a good day, and be careful when hiring your employees because they really don't make you want to come back!
07/05/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Eat Sushi.
We ordered for 7:30 pm and finally received our order at 8:20 pm, almost an hour late.
The restaurant runs promotional offers without having the staff to keep up with demand, and it's the customers who suffer the consequences. We ordered specifically to avoid the hassle of waiting after a long day at work, and in the end, our evening was completely ruined.
The "gesture of goodwill" offered—four cans of soda and some soy sauce—is far from sufficient given the delay and the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially for a chain that's supposed to be organized.

14/12/2024: You dare to complain about a lack of turnover, and yet seven people ready to consume were unable to enter under the pretext of “no reservation”? Meanwhile, others come in without problem, simply showing off or their regular status. Do you think you are a chic club in Lyon/Paris? Come down from your log, you are in Saint-Étienne.
See you soon... during your next liquidation. Sincerely.
PS: Flee this establishment which will bring you nothing. They pretend to be a 5-star place, but only let in regulars who just have a drink at the bar. Afterwards, it dares to whine about the “nightclub crisis”. You are the perfect caricature of what makes them sink. I will take all the time necessary to advise against your club to my customers and favor a real establishment worthy of the name.
