A gourmet stop you absolutely must make if you're visiting the area! Special mention for the Miyoshi-style grilled beef and its addictive sauce! Thank you to the staff at Miyoshi restaurant for this wonderful experience!

21/05/2026: I visited last summer in July at the tail end of a very long trip. I hadn't eaten for 12 hours and I wanted just one thing before going home: Good Japanese food. The Sakura auspiciously shares its name with two of my closest friends, so I went and decided to try a little bit of everything they had to offer, which ended up being two of their menu options: a sampler of yakitori skewers and some karaage, both of which came with its own serving of rice and veggies. All of that topped with a nice cold mug of Asahi. It was so good, and I needed it so much, I genuinely teared up while eating. Yeah, really! Believe it or don't! I came in outside of rush hour so I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I can't say if this restaurant is any loud or packed full of people at the usual times, but in a way, I hope it does. That said, the quiet did make the atmosphere excellent. Calm and relaxing, just how I like it. The staff was very kind and professional, and I was more than happy to leave a tip, it was worth it. 有難うございます！また戻ってくるよ！！

21/07/2026: By far the best sushi in Lorient! The ingredients are fresh, the sushi is excellent and always perfectly prepared. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is quick, whether you're eating in or taking away. I highly recommend this place.

26/07/2026: Vannes' Japanese gem. High-quality products, precise preparation worthy of the sushi master working behind the counter. Well worth a visit for the pleasure of your taste buds. Be aware that it's a bit pricier than the competition, but more than justified.

27/06/2026: Fresh and delicious dishes, made to order...but... Taste-wise, we have no complaints. The dishes are made fresh, we didn't have to wait long, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! However, we were disappointed with the quantity/price ratio. The portions are quite small for the high prices...a shame.

04/08/2026: We came to eat at this restaurant, one of us was allergic to fish and this had been clearly stated, and he was served fish miso soup, he became very ill.

31/07/2026: My partner and I had dinner there, it was delicious! We felt like we were discovering Japanese flavors for the first time. We'll definitely be back! Thank you
