05/03/2026: An absolutely memorable experience in Vannes! As soon as you step through the door, a zen and soothing atmosphere envelops you. Time seems to slow down, as if you're leaving the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and entering a suspended moment. And then there's the food. I, who was convinced I didn't like raw fish… this restaurant completely changed my perspective. Bite after bite, I discovered incredibly subtle flavors. It's a true explosion of flavor in the mouth, full of harmony. Everything is perfectly balanced, delicate, and coherent. Each creation, right up to the dessert, tells a story. The textures, the aromas, the freshness of the ingredients… everything complements each other perfectly. For the duration of a meal, you're transported elsewhere.
