I had 50 euros worth of sushi including sashimi. Among these sashimi, tuna sashimi (2) which had a whitish color, I found that strange. I pointed it out to the saleswoman, she told me that it was normal and that it depended on the part of the tuna. , I was skeptical but I paid. I only ate one of the two, it tasted a little strange. In the evening abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and the next day the same. I had to go home in the middle of a work day and go to the poisoning doctor. I call sushi time, she tells me that she remembers having served it to me the day before but that even if it is whitish it is still good while I tell her that I fell ill after all doctor and sick leave. I think it's food poisoning, but I reported it before buying, she told me it was nothing and I called back. next day and you do not recognize the problem. I eat whitish tuna sashimi, I get sick but it's not because of the sashimi according to you. At the very least, apologize, acknowledge and compensate (I had a bottle of peach water) to buy and vomit 50 euros worth of sushi. The comment is there because intoxication happens but customs clearance and acting as if nothing happened I find it rubbish. The sushi is still good when I have normal tuna and not whitish.
03/08/2024: Very welcoming, the most quality sushi I have ever eaten for my part, I come there as soon as possible. I highly recommend it. Nothing to do with the big chains! In addition, the people are very kind, friendly and grateful for their loyalty. A big thank-you ! 🪖

08/09/2024: Restaurant to avoid We had booked for a group of 6 people, which did not prevent us from waiting 10-15 minutes before being seated. 1st order of several dishes placed at 9:30 p.m., 1 dish arrived at 10:45 p.m. then the rest dribbled every 15-20 minutes. When pointed out, the staff does not hesitate to accuse a table of customers of eating too much, explaining this delay of 1 hour 15 minutes. Very unpleasant staff, especially the manager (or the one who runs the cash register), who finds it normal that the customer pays 32€ for his menu to wait 1 hour for an order where there is not 1/4 of what is requested. Positive point for the waitress with glasses who was very friendly and attentive (sorry I don't know her name) Anyway, arrived at 9:30 p.m., left at 12 a.m. We should consider recruiting more cooks or refusing reservations if the restaurant is not able to accommodate them. I also recommend training in sympathy, if I had wanted to eat while being yelled at I would have chosen a military canteen and not Paradis 221.
07/09/2024: TO RUN!! More than 40 minutes of waiting to get a table even though we had a RESERVATION. 1 additional hour of waiting to start the order, the dishes arrive slowly with at least 25 minutes of waiting between each course (example: a platter of 8 sushi every half hour so there are 8 of us or one sushi per person)

23/08/2024: J'ai l'habitude d'être positif, mais là.... Arrivé à 21h10, avant de commander et de payer, j'ai indiqué que c'était pour dîner sur place. A côté de la caisse, se trouvait le responsable du magasin qui écoutait. Une fois payé, alors que nous allions nous asseoir il est sorti précipitamment de derriere son comptoir en nous signalant sèchement qu'il fermait dans 15 minutes, et qu'il n'était donc pas possible de s'installer. A défaut, nous avons consommé notre repas debout sur le parking, et pour couronner le tout, En terme de rapport qualité/prix, ce n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. A vous de voir....
