05/05/2026: This restaurant remains true to its reputation for quality and is in a superb location. The people there are so kind, humble, and talented. I highly recommend it. Everything is delicious and fresh, and the hygiene is impeccable, right down to the very spacious and comfortable restrooms. It's remarkable.

24/04/2026: Appalling service, arrogant attitude towards customers. They were unable to explain why the price of the royal shirashi went from €27.50 at Sushi Gourmet (same establishment, also offering dine-in) to over €40 for a smaller portion and identical quality. This is simply highway robbery. You've just lost a customer who came to Sushi Gourmet every week and would have been ready to continue their journey at Sushi Marché (Sushi Gourmet having closed permanently at the end of 2025).

25/04/2026: Currently at this location: mediocre quality and deplorable service.
The servers constantly give you dirty looks, making the experience very unpleasant.
I ordered a mint lemonade, and I was served a hot drink with only three ice cubes. When I pointed this out, I was told that it wasn't possible because "there are ice cubes"... Putting three ice cubes in a hot drink doesn't make it cold; it makes no sense.
Very disappointed.
23/04/2026: Everything is excellent, it's a shame the dessert isn't included in the all-you-can-eat package, otherwise you would have 5 beautiful stars.

23/05/2026: I'm one of this restaurant's most loyal customers, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the quality isn't what it used to be. The salmon portions in the poke bowls have become very small, and I feel the value for money has declined.
Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable after a comment made during my visit that I personally found inappropriate.
I'm disappointed because I used to really like this place.

13/04/2026: This was the worst experience ever. The owner and the cook (the same person) was with terribly dirty hands and nails cooking it with hands - I’ve almost vomited when I’ve seen his hands. Also the dish we’ve ordered - he changed without asking us, when we tried to ask why- he started to call someone and was not leaving our table, trying to explain something, but it was just bad. And his long dirty nails - it was disaster. We left in a very bad feeling, never again!
03/04/2026: Attentive staff, delicious food, and lightning-fast service. A flawless establishment; we'll definitely be back!
