06/08/2026: Komatsubaki Let yourself be captivated, trust me Let me tell you about this unique experience Komatsubaki has left its mark on us It's now a place we're enamored with This establishment, a fantastical setting Is much more than just an ordinary Asian restaurant Everything is refined, everything is elegant But not a single element is extravagant From the moment you step through the door, you're immersed in the atmosphere Crafting a welcoming entrance is a true art form The moment you finally cross the threshold You see a meticulously designed decor You think everything is empty, and yet everything abounds With small, seemingly insignificant details, they create a whole world. So little superfluity—that's the essence of Japanese art Everything in this place evokes a truly authentic Japanese setting. Humble serenity, gentle politeness A superb hostess welcomes us We can admire the elegant kimono That she wears so well, that we find so beautiful. Not exactly in a circle, we are seated at a table The guests are about to enjoy a delightful moment. The Japanese chef, a true professional Ensures that the meal is exceptional For the chef is at the center, in front of the guests And before our very eyes, culinary marvels will be born;

25/09/2026: The owner was very friendly and warm, and for some reason, he kept reminding me of the chef from the TV show "Chef Black and White" 😂 The sukiyaki and Wagyu beef were really delicious, and the avocado and salmon sushi was amazing too 👍 The atmosphere throughout the meal was very comfortable; it's a restaurant I'd definitely come back to! It's a pity that coming to France is really not easy, otherwise I would eat here often.

20/09/2026: A special shout-out to this establishment! First, for the quality of the food. It's simply excellent! Very good value for money. The staff are incredibly kind, which is worth mentioning. Furthermore, I forgot my phone and glasses when I left. I returned around midnight, when the restaurant was closed. I knocked on the window, but someone came to open it, and I was able to retrieve my belongings. In the meantime, the owner had thoughtfully called my emergency contact to ask them to tell me I could call the following morning, Sunday, the restaurant's closing day, to arrange a time to return my forgotten items. Luckily, I was able to get everything back that same evening thanks to their kindness and helpfulness. A huge thank you!! And congratulations again on the quality of the food. I will be back very soon...
