10/03/2024: phenomenal, delicious food. Some of the best sushi and gyoza I’ve ever had in my life- and I’ve tried a lot. Service very nice and helpful. Recommend the mystery truff roll & chicken gyoza but everything was amazing. 10/10. Not really a sit down restaurant though- or just be prepared for very casual and small :)

26/03/2024: Good morning, Here I tell you about my experience during an order placed on March 25, 2024 on the SushiShop app from the Villiers store. I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant for over 10 years and order regularly on Mondays. To my great surprise yesterday, a few minutes after placing my order, one of your colleagues called me to inform me that he would not be able to honor my order because I added in the comment "without mayonnaise in the preparation", as usual because I am VERY allergic to eggs. This same person informed me that management recently decided to no longer “modify recipes” and that it was therefore impossible to respond satisfactorily to my request. I fell from a very high place, because for me, it is not a question of modifying recipes but of not adding mayonnaise when preparing makis. In addition to being very unpleasant on the phone and offering no solution, other than canceling my order, I am extremely disappointed by what happened. So, several questions arise: 1/ Has Sushi Shop completely industrialized its recipes and therefore no longer has preparers/cooks to produce the makis ordered on demand? This element is very important because you communicate on it. 2/ Have you really decided to no longer respond to adjustment requests for people with allergies? 3/ Do you find it consistent that a restaurant is no longer able to not add mayonnaise when the makis are supposed to be prepared à la minute? Furthermore, I am desperately looking for customer service contact details in order to make a complaint and reimburse my purchase. To date, I have not received any trace by email of the cancellation or refund of my order in the amount of +/- €90 including tax. What do you propose? I sincerely hope to receive a clear explanation because the situation is grotesque! Thank you,

12/03/2024: Experience in tgtg, a super friendly, very pleasant welcome, super quick basket recovery and an unbeatable quality/quantity/price ratio on the platform ✨ Once again Sushi Shop confirms itself as the leader in reducing food waste, by playing the game! So watch for baskets and go for them when you see one! The duo box was great, everything was fresh, the rice paper was honestly not as dry as you would expect at the end of the day and that is a strong indicator of the freshness of a box 😁

04/04/2024: Great discovery, we will come back! I loved their kindness when I asked for an unexpected sauce, with a lot of attention I was treated to a homemade sauce made on the go to meet my expectations, great! Our dishes were very good and the service impeccable.

01/04/2024: One of the best sushi I've tried in the area so far! I highly recommend ! The all-you-can-eat buffet was around €20, which in itself is worth the price because the sushi is quite large (especially the salmon). Everything was really good, and the waiters were really nice and polite. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I will come back 🥰
