21/08/2024: We ate there 3 times (1 time on site and 2 times to take away). We always ate very well: the skewers, the shrimp spring rolls, the samosas are particularly delicious!!! Also very happy to have octopus and eel sashimi (my favorites). Small downside: a slightly warmer welcome and a little smile would be welcome.

04/09/2024: Used exclusively for delivery 3 times over a year. Each time, an item was missing. After 3 tries, I stopped but it's a shame because the quality of the food is excellent with very good products. But I won't order again. The first 2 times, I was able to receive the missing item by insisting because I was offered a refund on the next order. Last time, we completely questioned the absence of the dish and even after verification supposedly on video surveillance. I had to insist that my correspondent admit to having made a mistake during the viewing because her verification was done on another order... No re-delivery because it was too late, the restaurant was closed in the meantime. The refund was to be brought to me by a delivery person on Monday evening in cash. But no one came: I had to call back on Tuesday for the refund to be made. A misery. With regret, I will not order again.

29/08/2024: We've been ordering there for five years, it's getting worse and worse I ordered the sushi again with fried onions around it and there are two poor people fighting a duel. This is unacceptable

21/09/2024: Inadmissible Order collected after 55 minutes of waiting and yet ordered well in advance. Very unpleasant staff who stir up wind especially for one of the waitresses, she runs but does not take any action. His colleagues must repeat the instructions to him 3 to 4 times. It all depends on an incredible young waitress who, unlike the others, moves. Not a word of apology, poker face! It was cold and really good but nothing more. On the other hand, it is very expensive. If you want to end your day feeling energized, this is the perfect place.

08/09/2024: The dishes we ordered were excellent unfortunately we asked for the menu to recommend dishes, and after waiting for 40 minutes, the waitress never came to clear us and then take our order back despite going back and forth in front of our table. A nice addition to ultimately finish our meal elsewhere. It's a shame

30/07/2024: Frankly, it's one of the best restaurants in Pontault. I moved to Pontault a year ago now, and so far I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals. Truly unbelievable ! Plus, the little lady and the young man at the checkout are super cute.

13/07/2024: En tant que client régulier de Pontault Sushi, je suis vraiment déçu. La dernière fois, il manquait déjà des choses dans ma commande (pas de baguettes, pas de gingembre, etc...). Malgré ces erreurs, j'ai voulu leur donner une autre chance. Hier, j'ai refait une commande à emporter d'environ 50€. Quand j'ai voulu payer le complément par carte, ils ont refusé parce que c'était en dessous de 15€. Pour un client fidèle qui dépense autant, et surtout après les erreurs de ma précédente commande, c'est vraiment pas commercial. De plus, les prix sont plus élevés que chez les concurrents. Je rejoins les autres avis : le succès leur monte à la tête et le manque de professionnalisme se fait sentir. C'était ma dernière commande chez eux.

26/05/2024: Le restaurant a changé de propriétaire depuis quelques temps, j’y suis retournée et quelle agréable surprise, tout était vraiment très bon, en cadeau, des litchi ou des nougats , des chips et le personnel est très agréable et gentil … Je recommande sans problème 👍

12/07/2024: More than a dinner, a journey for the palate. Nicolas and Chef Ticana welcomed us and drove us trough a trip from delight to sheer joy through genuine astonishment. Know that you will not chose your dishes, but I guaranee you will be more that content. Regarding the sushi quality... I was lucky enough to start eating sushi in France under the supervision of a Japanese friend of the familly, when there was less Sushi chef in Paris than finger on a hand. I also went to Japan and lived the true eperience. So, you can tell, I have a high level of standings. Well, I can fairly state that, hands down, this was the best Nigiris I had since I went back from Japan years ago. If you can afford it, do not hesitate.

02/05/2024: I really enjoy this restaurant and order often, however, one problem persists: the excessive use of plastic. A typical order results in around ten plastic boxes, which I find very unfortunate given that many restaurants are making efforts to change their storage methods. Brainstorming is necessary, it is imperative that you remedy this situation.
