26/06/2026: I ordered plain rice, without any sides. I was assured it would be plain rice. When I got home, I noticed the rice contained sides I hadn't ordered.
So I went back to report the mistake and ask for a solution. I was eventually refunded, but this error caused a problem with my children's dinner.
Furthermore, an employee spoke to me in a completely disrespectful and inappropriate manner. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially with the way I was treated.
This happened on June 13, 2026. Just so you know. 😀

Their K1 menu, with two choices of main course, is quite nice; it allows for variety.

09/05/2026: I was very disappointed with this Japanese restaurant. The quality of the food was really lacking: the sushi was stale, the rice was dry, and the portions were very small for the price. The delivery was slow. Frankly, there are much better places to eat Japanese food. I do not recommend it.

However, the mixed chirashi left much to be desired... too much rice for not enough fish, which is a shame; I've had better. I don't know if it was mackerel or eel, but it didn't seem fresh, or it looked undercooked... Otherwise, the salmon, tuna, and sea bream were fine.
It's a shame to pay €20 for so much rice, so little fish, and such a small starter...

23/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! When you complain about rising raw material prices, a lack of customers, taxes... you do everything you can to keep your loyal and regular customers.
I've been a customer for 10 years with orders over €50 each time. When there are mistakes, you have to own up to them: soup too salty, dry rice, salty sauce instead of sweetener, which they put on the rice in excess, thinking it was sweet, making it inedible.
The manager remained unmoved by my complaint, like, "So what?" No respect for his regular and loyal customers. After this unpleasant experience, I prefer to eat elsewhere and seek out respect for the customer. Money doesn't grow on trees. We don't just pay for food; we pay for quality service, respect for the customer, and recognition of our loyalty. The mistake isn't the customer's, but the person preparing the food. Own up to your mistakes...
19/02/2026: After ordering from this restaurant, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning. A very difficult night…
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. If you value your health, avoid it.
The quality and freshness of the food clearly need improvement. A hygiene inspection would be very welcome.
Extremely disappointed by this experience.

22/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 21 at 9:30 p.m. I ate there and got sick during the night. I vomited everything. I got sick. I had food poisoning. Just avoid that. In case, I'm posting photos of everything I dropped in my bathtub!
25/09/2025: I would like to know if they have reopened. I went in August and it was closed, but I often go to this restaurant and it is really very good, there is a lot of choice and it is very good.

It's now 8:15 PM, no updates, and impossible to reach anyone despite five calls.
I have to leave at 8:30 PM without having eaten.
Delay, complete lack of communication, and nonexistent customer service: an extremely disappointing experience.
In short: a one-hour delay, zero information, five unanswered calls.
Result: I'm leaving without eating.
NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS SERVICE
06/03/2026: We've been ordering from Wave Sushi for years and are always very happy. For takeout, we always receive our order in 20-30 minutes max. The food is good and fresh. I'll be ordering from Wave Sushi for a long time to come.

31/01/2026: The quality has dropped drastically compared to its beginnings. The service is deplorable, with insufficient staff. The quality of the sushi is at its lowest. The wok station is empty, and the dishes are mediocre. This restaurant is a mere shadow of its former self.

Know that you will not chose your dishes, but I guaranee you will be more that content.
Regarding the sushi quality... I was lucky enough to start eating sushi in France under the supervision of a Japanese friend of the familly, when there was less Sushi chef in Paris than finger on a hand. I also went to Japan and lived the true eperience. So, you can tell, I have a high level of standings. Well, I can fairly state that, hands down, this was the best Nigiris I had since I went back from Japan years ago.
If you can afford it, do not hesitate.
