27/11/2025: I'm changing my rating. We had a very good meal. The sushi rolls are very good. The skewers are also very good. The only small complaint: the coleslaw. The cabbage isn't prepared enough and seems freshly cut and drenched in sauce...
The setting is very pleasant. The staff is friendly.

21/06/2025: This is my third order, and I'm not disappointed. Delivery is fast, consistent with the order schedule, and the staff is always very friendly. The food is very tasty, fresh, and of good quality. Nothing negative to say about the value for money. Thank you for the extra bag of chips...😊

30/07/2024: Frankly, it's one of the best restaurants in Pontault. I moved to Pontault a year ago now, and so far I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals. Truly unbelievable ! Plus, the little lady and the young man at the checkout are super cute.
13/07/2024: En tant que client régulier de Pontault Sushi, je suis vraiment déçu. La dernière fois, il manquait déjà des choses dans ma commande (pas de baguettes, pas de gingembre, etc...). Malgré ces erreurs, j'ai voulu leur donner une autre chance.
Hier, j'ai refait une commande à emporter d'environ 50€. Quand j'ai voulu payer le complément par carte, ils ont refusé parce que c'était en dessous de 15€. Pour un client fidèle qui dépense autant, et surtout après les erreurs de ma précédente commande, c'est vraiment pas commercial.
De plus, les prix sont plus élevés que chez les concurrents. Je rejoins les autres avis : le succès leur monte à la tête et le manque de professionnalisme se fait sentir. C'était ma dernière commande chez eux.

18/09/2024: Without doubt the best all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant I've ever been to.
It works in 5 courses, with 5 dishes to choose from per person per service, so potentially 25 dishes per person. The choice of dishes is made on a tablet at the table.
Desserts are off-menu, so plan extra.
Very varied and good quality dishes.
Little crush on the black rice Maki that we can see in one of the photos, it's a little sweet and salty mixture, very soft and refreshing.
Very cordial and attentive staff.
Fairly fast service for most dishes, when a waiting time is expected due to preparation, this will be indicated when choosing on the tablet.
In any case, looking forward to going back.

21/08/2024: We ate there 3 times (1 time on site and 2 times to take away). We always ate very well: the skewers, the shrimp spring rolls, the samosas are particularly delicious!!! Also very happy to have octopus and eel sashimi (my favorites). Small downside: a slightly warmer welcome and a little smile would be welcome.

Let's not talk about the undrinkable lychee juice!

And the staff is not friendly at all

06/12/2025: The worst sushi of my life. Why serve coleslaw with sushi? It came with rice and instant miso soup. Not recommended. However, it's suitable for those in a hurry. We finished our three-course meal, including payment, in 25 minutes.

18/09/2024: An original concept: Charging before you even use it is unacceptable!
Otherwise we go to the cafeteria...and even there we help ourselves before paying the bill.
It wasn't the first time we came...but it's the last.
No regrets.

04/09/2024: Used exclusively for delivery 3 times over a year. Each time, an item was missing. After 3 tries, I stopped but it's a shame because the quality of the food is excellent with very good products. But I won't order again. The first 2 times, I was able to receive the missing item by insisting because I was offered a refund on the next order. Last time, we completely questioned the absence of the dish and even after verification supposedly on video surveillance. I had to insist that my correspondent admit to having made a mistake during the viewing because her verification was done on another order... No re-delivery because it was too late, the restaurant was closed in the meantime. The refund was to be brought to me by a delivery person on Monday evening in cash. But no one came: I had to call back on Tuesday for the refund to be made. A misery. With regret, I will not order again.

La portion de poisson est extrêmement fine. Des lamèle (maki ou chirachi)
J’arrivais à voir à travers un maki qui devait être enrobé de saumon 😅
Le saumon s’enroulait bien difficilement, avec quelque trou tellement c’est coupé extrêmement fin.
Effectivement on a des prix intéressant mais les portions même des maki son très petit…
Si ça dérange pas et bien ça reste intéressant car ils sont plutôt rapide.
