The rice is overcooked, and there's hardly any fish in the maki.
21/08/2026: We highly recommend Japon Osaka. The staff is very welcoming, the food is excellent, we loved the conveyor belt, etc... in short, we thoroughly enjoyed eating there and have nothing more to say.

The cabage salad is wayyyy too thick and salty it seems it wasn't marinated properly
Tbh I think a lot of comments are just bots stating the palce is great, but once again you pay 16 euros for 18 makis that smell and taste weird

19/08/2026: The food quality was excellent, no complaints there. However, their time management and customer service need improvement. My order was given a 30-minute wait, and after 30 minutes, I arrived to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited, knowing it was busy, so it's understandable that I was kept waiting another 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, and a delay is understandable, but take responsibility and inform people beforehand instead of letting them get impatient. In total, I waited an hour. If I had known the wait time, I would have gone somewhere else that day, but I would have come back another time. I won't be returning; that was the last time.
14/08/2026: A very warm welcome, smiling and attentive staff. I enjoyed some excellent sushi.

08/08/2026: Very disappointing. The rolls are tiny, they look like a tasting portion: I think one avocado would be enough for a whole serving! Three chips for three people, ridiculous quantities for such high prices. At that price, you might as well eat Lidl sushi, a thousand times better. I do not recommend it.
23/07/2026: I've never seen maki rolls this small... Sold at the same price as the competition but three times smaller... We were so disappointed, we were still hungry even after a large order! Luckily they taste good.

28/08/2026: I loved this lovely, well-maintained, and delicious restaurant until last night.
We arrived around 8:30 pm to an empty restaurant with four uncleared tables that remained untouched all evening.
Two other couples came in after us, and we could see the embarrassment in their eyes as they wondered where they would be seated.
The coleslaw was tasteless, and the beef and cheese skewers were really underwhelming. The maki rolls weren't any better. I don't think I'll be going back.
20/08/2026: It's a nice, welcoming establishment, but unfortunately we waited almost an hour to be served. We understand that everything is made to order… but we were disappointed. Nevertheless, the sushi is quite good and of good quality, and the staff is friendly.

10/04/2026: Disappointed once again by this restaurant. Every time, there's a problem with the orders. Today, the soups weren't on my menu, and I got nine savory sauces when we'd asked for sweet and savory. Last time, I specifically asked for bluefin tuna because I'm allergic to salmon, and what did I get on my menu? Only salmon! In short, I won't be back this time, and I advise you against it too! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

23/02/2024: Au vu des commentaires très élogieux je m'attendais à en prendre plein les papilles... mais ce ne fut pas le cas.
Mon cocktail et le risotto très bon.
Mais mon entrée St Jacques noyées dans le fromage aucun intérêt et pas subtil... et mon plat cevice de bar et coquilles St Jacques, très acidulé mais pas de saveurs contrastées, très peu de légumes pour agrementer....
Mon mari déçu de son plat aussi.
Et question quantité, il ne faut pas avoir trop faim....
C'est peut-être une question de goûts mais je ressors déçue.
06/12/2023: Excellente adresse à la carte restreinte mais d'excellente qualité . Des entrées ( saumon au fruit de la passion, ceviche de coquilles ) au dessert , tout est bon.

13/11/2024: Voici toutes les raisons pour lesquelles nous, qui habitons le Mesnil-Esnard, nous préférons aller au Fujiya de Tourville la Rivière :
-au Fujiya du Mensil les brochettes de boulettes de poulet arrivent toujours tièdes car pas assez cuites (voir photos).
- les sashimis sont extrêmement rares
- il n'y a jamais de poulet pané ni de maki au thon et la diversité des makis, sushis est parcimonieuse
- les assiettes vides s'empilent sur les tables sans qu'aucun serveurs ne les ramassent
Bref, pour nous le Fujiya du Mesnil-Esnard c'est terminé, nous allons à Tourville qui est bien mieux et pourtant nous habitons au Mesnil.
Voilà, j'espère que cela donnera envie au gérant de se réveiller et au personnel et aux cuisines du Mesnil-Esnard de s'améliorer.

18/03/2024: Rapport qualité prix onéreux.
Plats qui défilent sur tapis roulant, froid lors de la dégustation car rester tropg longtemps sur le tapis.
Pas beaucoup de choix. Petite quantité. Nems servis sur tapis roulant sans feuille de salade, sans feuille de menthe, sans sauce nems. Cela très très basique.
Aucun intérêt d autant plus que le goût n est pas au rendez vous.

30/04/2024: Repas délicieux dans tout ce qu'on a pu goûter (soupe miso, salade de chou, maki, roll verde, brochette de boulette au poulet ...), gustativement le meilleur que j'ai goûter !
Je recommande fortement !

Je ne reviendrai pas.
13/08/2024: Nous avons réservé une heure à l’avance par téléphone avec les plats, nous attendons 30min sur place, je demande à la serveuse gentiment si nous pouvons avoir nos plats car nous travaillons et en réponse « quand j’aurais le temps ». Serveuse très désagréable et pas souriante. Je ne reviendrai pas.
