01/09/2026: I found this restaurant with an app that counts calories in photos. This salmon platter provided enough protein for my day and it was delicious. The dining room is pleasant for lunch.
05/08/2026: Hmm, still as infected as ever! Souchon's sushi is delicious, as are the spring rolls. In winter, we feel transported to Japan even if we've never been. The decor is sublime. Thank you to the whole Litange family.

The menu looked appealing, but we saw a mouse scurrying under the kitchen door, so I don't recommend it!
The maki/sushi were okay, but nothing special.
05/09/2026: I came to eat this evening with my partner, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Food:
Regarding the sushi, the rice was far too vinegary, and the fish was cut much too thick.
For the teppanyaki, we really felt like the chef was in a hurry. We hadn't even finished our sushi boat before he rushed to bring us the teppanyaki plate.
Atmosphere:
As soon as we arrived, the woman with glasses behind the counter didn't even greet us with a "good evening," and there was no "goodbye" when we left.
To top it all off, the chef behind the teppanyaki station shouted "GOOD EVENING" throughout the entire restaurant. This is really inappropriate in this type of establishment and clearly lacks professionalism. In general, he spoke much too loudly, which was quite unpleasant.
Service: 0/10.
An experience that unfortunately doesn't make us want to return. We expected much better, both in terms of the welcome, the service and the food.

13/08/2026: I came with a friend and my daughter on a Sunday; we were looking for a quick lunch before picking someone up from the train station. The new team at ITO (there's been a change of ownership) was incredibly attentive, opening especially for us. The bò bún was delicious with homemade spring rolls, and my daughter loved her sushi. Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness; a great place to remember!

26/09/2026: After eating there for over 15 years, I was very disappointed with my order of September 25, 2026! There was an error in the order, the salmon wasn't fresh and had an unpleasant odor, and there was sauce residue in one of the containers...it's a waste for the price! I won't be ordering from them again.

23/02/2024: Au vu des commentaires très élogieux je m'attendais à en prendre plein les papilles... mais ce ne fut pas le cas.
Mon cocktail et le risotto très bon.
Mais mon entrée St Jacques noyées dans le fromage aucun intérêt et pas subtil... et mon plat cevice de bar et coquilles St Jacques, très acidulé mais pas de saveurs contrastées, très peu de légumes pour agrementer....
Mon mari déçu de son plat aussi.
Et question quantité, il ne faut pas avoir trop faim....
C'est peut-être une question de goûts mais je ressors déçue.
06/12/2023: Excellente adresse à la carte restreinte mais d'excellente qualité . Des entrées ( saumon au fruit de la passion, ceviche de coquilles ) au dessert , tout est bon.

30/04/2024: Repas délicieux dans tout ce qu'on a pu goûter (soupe miso, salade de chou, maki, roll verde, brochette de boulette au poulet ...), gustativement le meilleur que j'ai goûter !
