29/06/2025: As always, it's excellent, surely one of the best restaurants in Rouen.
The only downside is that they don't deliver to Bonsecours. You have to use Uber Eats and pay more than they do with their own delivery system.

01/12/2025: We ordered through Uber Eats.
Once the order and payment were complete, I immediately noticed an error in the restaurant's address. I didn't have the option to cancel or modify the order through the app.
So I called the restaurant. The person I spoke to told me it wouldn't be possible to cancel because they had too many orders and it would take too long to go to the kitchen and search using my name. Then the manager took the phone and tried to explain why my order couldn't be canceled. I confess I didn't understand any of the explanations. It was impossible to communicate with this person, who was clearly more frustrated by the situation than I was.
We regret having experienced this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

17/09/2024: We've had the Hokkaido menu several times now, and what a delight! The chef is very talented, everything is delicious, from fish to meat. Today the chef wasn't there, it was someone else and it was also delicious. Well done

10/11/2025: In Rouen, we decided to try ITO… just to see what this place was like! Well, it was just a test, and we won't be going back.
The waitress took our order without drinks… instead, a carafe was placed on our table.
The cheese skewers arrived cold and on the side… then the sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi… forget about the candied ginger too!
The rice was barely cooked… The miso soup was tasteless…
In short, a place to avoid… The wait was long, far too long, and the quality was definitely lacking!
19/10/2025: I liked the starter, but the ramen wasn't rich in flavor or value. Perhaps the chef should reconsider!

07/07/2025: Salmon California rolls, the size is thinner than a sheet of paper if there's any.
Avocado California rolls if there's avocado.
In short, it depends on the cook's mood, according to the person I spoke to on the phone.
She told me she didn't care and that the salmon was cut more than 24 hours before.
For a 40 euro order.
07/07/2025: We left the restaurant as soon as we arrived: the waitress (red hair and glasses) didn't even say hello and immediately announced in a curt tone that "it wouldn't be possible to serve us." There were only four tables to serve—no connection or valid excuse.
I didn't fail to point out her complete lack of politeness: not a single hello or the slightest effort to be welcoming. Frankly, you don't do this job if you don't have a sense of service and respect for customers. A very bad experience!
It's a shame we can't give it 0 stars.

23/02/2024: Au vu des commentaires très élogieux je m'attendais à en prendre plein les papilles... mais ce ne fut pas le cas.
Mon cocktail et le risotto très bon.
Mais mon entrée St Jacques noyées dans le fromage aucun intérêt et pas subtil... et mon plat cevice de bar et coquilles St Jacques, très acidulé mais pas de saveurs contrastées, très peu de légumes pour agrementer....
Mon mari déçu de son plat aussi.
Et question quantité, il ne faut pas avoir trop faim....
C'est peut-être une question de goûts mais je ressors déçue.
06/12/2023: Excellente adresse à la carte restreinte mais d'excellente qualité . Des entrées ( saumon au fruit de la passion, ceviche de coquilles ) au dessert , tout est bon.

28/05/2024: Venu une bonne dizaine de fois entre juillet 2022 et janvier 2024 entre amis ou en famille, un repas à Okinawa a toujours été un vrai plaisir peu importe l'occasion ! 🍣
Les serveurs y sont sympas et réactifs, le restaurant est propre et la nourriture y est bonne.
Le principe du « à volonté » servi à table est très chouette !
Le tarif a bien augmenté entre les premières et dernières visites mais reste vite cohérent lorsque l'on commande plusieurs fois.
Rien de plus à redire, à l'exception de ma hâte de revenir ! 🤓
20/05/2024: les produits sont frais et de qualité ; il y a un système de commandes en plusieurs fois ce qui évite de manger des plats qui soient froids. Le choix des plats est varié et très bons.
