05/03/2026: I'm very disappointed. I hesitated a lot before leaving this review because it's a restaurant I order from very frequently. But this is the third time in a row, and I find it unacceptable. First time: they brought me an order that didn't match what I ordered. Second time: they didn't give me my drink. Third time: no sauce. The person on the phone seemed apologetic but also doubtful of what I was saying. When you make so many mistakes (which I hear all too often in the restaurant industry due to the stress), the least they could do is offer some kind of compensation and not act surprised every time. I hope this review will help them improve the quality of their service. The food is still good, though.

21/01/2026: Fantastic experience at Volonté Japanese restaurant! The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is warm. I highly recommend this place. It's a pleasure to return every time.

02/01/2026: Intrigued by the positive reviews, I decided to book a dinner reservation for my husband and I on the evening of the 31st. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that it was as cold inside as it was outside (2 degrees Celsius). We mentioned this several times, but nothing changed. We ordered a few dishes, and after a while, the lady came back saying that two dishes weren't available. We ordered more and also decided to get some hot sake to warm up in the meantime. Meanwhile, several takeout dishes came out; we were the only ones in the restaurant waiting to be served; the other two occupied tables had already eaten. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and at 9:40 PM, the lady came back saying that more dishes were missing. During all this waiting, we didn't receive any dishes, let alone the sake. So we decided to leave. They ruined our New Year's Eve dinner. I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero stars.

17/01/2026: Ordered through Uber Eats. The stir-fried noodles were edible, but we had to throw away the box of 12 Camiforn sushi. It smelled moldy, the tar was awful, we threw it all out. What a shame! For the price, I regret my order.

06/01/2026: Excellent Chinese/Japanese restaurant! I have lunch there whenever I can. The sushi platters are excellent and incredibly fresh. The service is fast and they even deliver express, even in the snow! The owner is responsive, and his prices are reasonable and affordable. Above all, the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant! It's a great place to eat!

23/08/2024: Food quality was acceptable until now but has deteriorated a lot, canned fruit, what is supposed to be cold is lukewarm, what is supposed to be hot is cold, everything is very plastic Avoid!

17/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid. We ask them for wasabi and soy sauce, which we will have waited at least 15 minutes. The service is not friendly or even rude, the sushi is disgusting with barely fresh products. For the price, I don't recommend going to Japanese restaurants which are worth it.

27/02/2026: I've been ordering from there for years and I'm increasingly disappointed. I don't know if it's a change of ownership, but the portions are shrinking drastically and the delivery is taking longer and longer. Also, the little extra perk they used to give as a loyalty bonus is gone! Inflation has taken its toll.
