07/08/2024: The place is not very big but the buffet is rather complete without having dessert or factory type dish with donus or candy which have no place in a Japanese restaurant.
The evening price is much too expensive compared to the small size of the buffet.
The tongs for reaching the food are very often greasy and should be changed several times during service, even at lunchtime.
The quality of the dishes is good but not extraordinary.

The sushi looks like that of the supermarkets…
The man spilled my miso soup on the table and didn’t bring me another one…
And to top it off he brought me a disgusting glass for my drink.

06/08/2024: Order placed in click and collect. I order a menu with 18 pieces and surprise, I only get 12!
The manager explains that these are the old prices or that there is an error and that's it. I had already ordered and paid and at no time did she let me know that it was not the right quantity.
So apparently it’s up to the customer to pay for the mistakes made! I paid to have 1/3 less of the order. No gesture of apology or anything was made. She just kept telling me that's how it was.
So I paid a price for a product that was not what I expected.
I strongly advise against it because the managers are not at all professional.
23/07/2024: Tuesday July 23, 2024, I was looking for a restaurant near the Villejuif Léo Lagrange metro station, there isn't much appetizing. So I entered this Japanese: friendly welcome. You have the choice to sit wherever you want. Unlike some restaurants where the table is imposed on you, the menu was handed to me immediately. The waiter is observant: filled the carafes without waiting to be asked, came to see me, decoration a little busy but pretty overall. It looks clean, wheelchair access available: try the adventure!

25/05/2024: So where to start… the food is great, nothing to say! Against the young evening delivery man with glasses it's not possible to be so rude and disrespectful!! No good evening on the phone or to pick up the order speaks badly to you! Throwing the bag in your face is unacceptable. I left him a tip the first time and I didn't get a thank you. Very disappointed I used to order 1 or 2 times a week well I won't order anymore it's a shame
08/04/2024: I have been ordering from this restaurant for over 5 years, I have never been disappointed, in general I always order takeaway and benefit from -10% on the bill. The sushi is tasty and the staff very friendly. All prices are displayed on the map

23/08/2024: Food quality was acceptable until now but has deteriorated a lot, canned fruit, what is supposed to be cold is lukewarm, what is supposed to be hot is cold, everything is very plastic
Avoid!
17/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid. We ask them for wasabi and soy sauce, which we will have waited at least 15 minutes. The service is not friendly or even rude, the sushi is disgusting with barely fresh products. For the price, I don't recommend going to Japanese restaurants which are worth it.

03/09/2024: The owner said to me that it's not possible insert Philadelphia cheese inside of the Salmon Temaki. The quality of the rice it's not good.
24/07/2024: The brand is perfect for eating sushi properly. We won't have the experience of the year there, but we don't go to the Japanese sushi restaurant to have a unique experience either, so without pretension, this restaurant is great!

01/06/2024: Zen Suchi customer since 2021 thanks to the loyalty system I have accumulated loyalty bridges.
I placed an order on May 31 at Zen de Fontenay with loyalty points and to my great surprise the store manager informed me that the order would not be honored and accused me of hacking their site to earn points.
The behavior of this manager who accuses the customers is unacceptable, so what is the point of the loyalty points system?
I am waiting for an explanation for this inappropriate behavior...
