14/02/2026: The sushi and sashimi are fresh and very generous. Having ordered a Bento box, I had trouble finishing it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

21/01/2026: Fantastic experience at Volonté Japanese restaurant! The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is warm. I highly recommend this place. It's a pleasure to return every time.
