28/03/2024: Worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had. Where to start . I went to this restaurant with my wife because good friends recommended it to me. I was first seated at a table at the back of the main room, a minute later the waiter apologized and asked us if it was possible to change places (very pleasant and kind waiter throughout). service elsewhere) my wife and I kindly follow him. He installed us in an empty room isolated from everyone where we were monitored throughout the service. The other servers looked under the table at our hands as if we were hiding food. The food wasn't exceptional, but we almost finished it all. You should know that for each excess of waste it is indicated that for each quantity of food wasted it will cost 3 euros. Almost, 2 forks of fried noodles, a dish which arrived cold and full of oil at the bottom of the plate. When we went to checkout we met a gentleman who took the liberty of asking us if we had all finished. So I told him that there were a few noodles left. He told me directly that the bill would increase by 3 euros for 2 bites. Surprised by this absurdity, we asked for explanations and were told that it was to avoid waste. The exchange was of no use I paid but I will not put a single cent back in this restaurant. Ladies and gentlemen, flee.

25/03/2024: La Pergola Sushi Restaurant offers an enjoyable Japanese dining experience with charming decor and quality dishes. However, despite these positive points, the service seriously leaves something to be desired. The restaurant owners seem more concerned with their heavy-handed jokes trying to force customers' hands into 'whiskey and coke' type cocktails than with customer satisfaction... it is extremely frustrating to constantly be confronted with repeated announcements of shortage of salmon on each visit for a Japanese restaurant supposed to be “all you can eat”. This unprofessional attitude greatly detracts from the overall experience and makes it almost impossible to recommend this restaurant despite its other qualities.

30/03/2024: Not all of the dishes ordered were served. Delays too long for those we were able to have (with young children...limits) Unfriendly human staff. It was an expensive experience that we will not repeat

29/03/2024: Arrivals 1st after 50 minutes of waiting and several tables served before us, excuse given by a waiter... we have a lot of deliveries and not even a commercial gesture. And to think there was a pizza truck nearby. The robots with their little music I don't see the point

30/03/2024: I stopped by on Friday March 29th for the opening of the evening service. It was the first time in this Japanese and I was very disappointed with this order at 18€… The soup was bland, the coleslaw too dry and the californias not refined enough... I ate more rice than anything else... I'll leave you with a few photos to judge... Too bad for this restaurant which had a lot of positive reviews

19/03/2024: 100 Gonesse sushi, I recommend it, it's excellent and very good, there's really nothing to say. Please stay as you are, you are on top and it's so good.

03/03/2024: I order there very often on Uber Eats and I am never disappointed! The products are fresh and super good. I only order my sushi from them now :)

31/03/2024: Very unpleasant order over the phone and it's the same for the reception. We find a person who is in a hurry to get home and who makes us understand that we are disturbing them. The sushi is however, too bad the welcome degraded our experience, not sure we will come back.

09/03/2024: In search of a fine shop to quench our hunger and thirst after our hard day of work, we found this very interesting shop on the parchment of maps. Arriving at our destination, we entered the den of the parking lot, which was very impassable, in order to park our lame steed. But the reward was great to find such a flamboyant elevator. When we arrived at this shop, we were already very surprised by the very Irish pub decoration, for a rising sun restaurant. After ordering from the very kind tavern owner, we were not surprised to have to eat a miso soup using a wooden spoon.... Flat! Was it a challenge to enjoy our future adventure? Following this success, we were served our pieces of fish. In the past, I was able to visit the distant land of this delicious dish, where the slices were thin. but how surprised I was to see pieces, as thick as slices of wild boar from the island of Brittany! The strange melody of the troubadours of the Middle East, not entertaining us much, we wondered the origin of all this mixture of culture, see, shame on us, the mockery. After a long fight against flies and other wasps, our adventure was coming to an end, and lightened by a few crowns, we were able to set off again for new adventures. We left somewhat disappointed with our experience, despite all the goodwill of the owners, to find comfort in another nearby tavern.

10/03/2024: We are restaurateurs in Paris and live in Enghien. Very serious restaurant in terms of fish quality. Very pleasant family atmosphere. Take the extraordinary value for money menu

08/03/2024: No originality in the menus but we tasted sushi, makis, sashimi, and skewers, everything was good. Best Japanese in Cergy to my knowledge but no surprise.

20/01/2024: From a meal and staff point of view, nothing to complain about. Well prepared and very friendly and attentive waiter. The atmosphere, however, needs to be reviewed. It's VERY cold, the decoration is beyond aging.
