14/09/2024: Nous apprécions AKYNATA depuis quelques années ( service sympathique, de bon conseil), des produits très frais (Sashimis). J’essaye de temps en temps de varier et de goûter d’autres plats qu’un menu Sashimi … jamais déçu ! Tout est bon et de gros efforts pour garder le budget du client raisonnable 👌

24/08/2024: Good morning, This is the first time I have entered this store which surprisingly offers you a variety of Asian specialties such as "Luc lac". However, I definitely do not recommend this place. I paid for a menu with sushi and skewers (menu 1) to take away and found myself 2 hours after eating, in the toilet having intermittent diarrhea due to food poisoning. 16 euros! At this price, we should be able to afford a minimum of quality in the products but this is just dangerous for our health. I had already felt a not very fresh taste when I ate the sushi but then the skewers let's not even talk about it... I am not intolerant to an ingredient in any of these dishes: miso soup, rice, sushi , raw salmon and meat skewers I didn't want to eat to suffer but I just wanted to have sushi. I hope a health worker comes to this restaurant because this experience horrified me.

14/08/2024: The best in the area, the products are extra fresh. It's my favorite canteen. Sashimi is on the menu. Very clean, varied dishes. You only have to see the number of customers to know it's good. Disagree with the negative comment. I have been going to this restaurant for ten years. I have never been disappointed.

31/08/2024: I have known this restaurant for years but for its sushi and skewers, I tried the pho soup today which was added more or less recently and being of Vietnamese origin, I was very surprised and loved their soup , very tasty and the pasta is great.

30/07/2024: The old team that I had known for 10 years were warm, always made small gestures (free nougats or beer) the cuisine was fresh and refined. The new team is always overwhelmed, the kitchen is less neat and hot is served before cold all the time... It was one of my favorite restaurants

29/07/2024: For a local Japanese person, the food is good. On the other hand, the sales service leaves something to be desired, I ordered 4 times in a row each week with large orders, once I waited more than 1 hour I said nothing. Before there were nougats in the bag, now there are none. Last night at 10 p.m., when we had an order for more than €50 but we paid separately at the checkout, she did not apply the "-10% because the order is not €18" when we ordered for 3 people and I come every week. It's not a question of money because I even took a menu with a supplement but it's the kind of small gesture that builds customer loyalty or makes you not want to come back. I'll look elsewhere from now on, might as well be loyal to a restaurant that knows how to make exceptions and thank them.

21/08/2024: A éviter. C'est mauvais et très douteux côté propreté. Je comprends qu'on est au mois d'août mais le buffet est si pauvre et le peu qu’il y a n'est vraiment pas bon. Moi qui adore les sushis, j'en ai recraché un qui ne me semblait pas très frais. Ce sera la dernière fois en ce qui me concerne.

19/07/2024: J’y suis allé avec ma famille un vendredi midi pas beaucoup de monde, la climatisation. En plus de cela le personnel est sympathique les menus sont bien chargés et de bon qualités. Certes l’endroit n’est pas très grand mais il n’y a pas grand monde donc l’espace est confortable. Bref si vous y allez pour votre pause déjeuner ou pour un resto en famille ou en couple je vous le conseille. Pour l’instant c’est le meilleur que j’ai vu autour de Cergy. 🍣

06/12/2024: I ordered takeaway yesterday and it was disgusting😧the breaded chicken was all grilled!!! Gyoza full of oil. Inedible and the welcome to be seen again. Thank you goodbye, run away! I should have read the reviews before that will teach me 😑

17/11/2024: I didn't want to talk about it but my conscience prevented me from giving up Shocked by this restaurant in which I used to order, during a visit there I was ordering when I saw a customer asking for a refund by showing the manager a photo on his phone and making her point to his kitchen, so I asked the customer what's happening he told me there are mice on his microwave, I was paralyzed, the manager looked at me asking me if I still wanted to order🤢🤣, I left the restaurant directly and spoke with the other customer, who showed me on his phone, the photos he had managed to catch mice,.C REAL BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU EAT

09/09/2024: I've been getting takeout at this restaurant for over 12 years, and I found 2 nail clippings in my miso soup on 9/6/24!! Never again!
