Les meilleurs restaurants en Champagnole

27/08/2024: We were not certain where we would be stopping for lunch - we were prepared for almost anything, and what a surprise when we spied this restaurant! We had not done our TripAdvisor homework, so we just took a chance. And it was just great! The staff is so pleasant, the view from the dining room is so pretty, and the cuisine is so tasty. We took the menu - salmon terrine and chicken terrine for starters; for the main course, trout filet; and for dessert, an assortment of sorbets and the peche cardinale (not to be missed!), plus a glass of Arbois white wine. This was perhaps a bigger meal than we had expected for lunch - it is filling - particularly as we had more driving to do, but it was so good, and our time here was so relaxing and enjoyable, that it turned out to be the best place we could have stopped.

21/08/2024: Nous avons été très bien accueilli à l’auberge par 2 dames fort charmantes et sympathiques. Les chambres sont sobres et propres, un peu bruyantes côté route, mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant. Le soir vous pouvez manger soit sur la terrasse qui donne sur un beau jardin, paradis des mésanges et des rouges-gorges, soit dans la salle à manger très agréable. Cuisine sans fausses notes, simple mais très goûteuse. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une très belle adresse lors de votre passage dans le Jura…

29/08/2024: While on vacation in the area, we discovered this very good restaurant. The food is delicious and we were made to feel welcome. The waitress is adorable and professional. The Peking duck and the almond and cashew chicken were excellent. I really recommend.

22/08/2024: Very smiling hosts, good atmosphere, fast service, good quality food, maybe light in quantity... after I weigh 110kg... I recommend!

20/09/2024: On the menu Morteau sausage, baked potato with cream and chives, very good but 5 rounds of Morteau approximately 0.5 mm, put them together 2.5 cm for 16€50 and the owner answers you given the price they don't cannot put a whole sausage, we must inform the customer, it is not a sausage but 5 small rounds (1/4).

16/09/2024: pleasant setting and it's quite good and plentiful however when we say "caesar salad" it's not "chef's salad". I gave up because I was hungry and didn't have time, but I was alone, it's not like there were 8 dishes to write down and serve at the same time

31/08/2024: In another context I would have expressed my dissatisfaction but the people in our company did not need to hear my grievances. A team in the dining room gesticulating in all directions for the few people present at the time, pasta which even served in a mini coquotte nonetheless remained cold, one had the impression that the cream sauce had been poured out of the refrigerator in these, a pizza with ground meat almost still raw, one wonders how with ovens around 350 to 400 degrees, a burger with poor cooking and the bread blackened on the edges, dishes without seasonings. So I want it to remain a simple cuisine, attractive in terms of price, but I prefer that the quality be in its design more than in the dishes in which it is served.
