26/08/2026: A fantastic find! I had a Fontaine burger and it was simply delicious, especially the Comté sauce. My friends ordered the andouillette sausage with Côtes du Jura wine, and the quality and taste were also excellent. The staff are truly lovely, and the terrace is pleasant (it wasn't particularly hot that day). Regarding the slow service: the service is normal, just as you'd expect from a normal person, and they don't feel the pressure to rush around like in the capital, for example. Who doesn't appreciate that? Perhaps look for another place where people are constantly running around trying to meet a deadline. I was on vacation, so I wasn't in a hurry. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

25/08/2026: We waited 35 minutes before being served, while customers who arrived after us were served before us. No order management. The food was reheated. The chicken skewer was bone dry. The fries were the same. Appalling.
