A fantastic find! I had a Fontaine burger and it was simply delicious, especially the Comté sauce. My friends ordered the andouillette sausage with Côtes du Jura wine, and the quality and taste were also excellent.
The staff are truly lovely, and the terrace is pleasant (it wasn't particularly hot that day). Regarding the slow service: the service is normal, just as you'd expect from a normal person, and they don't feel the pressure to rush around like in the capital, for example. Who doesn't appreciate that? Perhaps look for another place where people are constantly running around trying to meet a deadline. I was on vacation, so I wasn't in a hurry.
I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

We had lunch here today; there were six of us and a Labrador on the terrace.
The service was impeccable, the waitress was pleasant and smiling, the meal was excellent, and there was no wait. I highly recommend it.

A lovely restaurant in the center of Clairvaux-les-Lacs. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is good! We recommend it for a family dinner!

We received a very warm welcome. The service was impeccable. The drinks were excellent, the main course (old-fashioned bistro poutine) was delicious, and the dessert (a sundae) was delightful. A big thank you to all the staff, including the cooks. We also appreciated being served drinks before our aperitifs; thank you again.
