Excellent pizzeria with a wide variety of local pizzas; the pizza dough is soft and crispy. The owner is very friendly with his customers. I highly recommend it.

07/06/2026: During each stay in Clairvaux, we always make sure to stop at Le Temps Jadis. The atmosphere and setting are unique, and the food and service are excellent, with a smile always present.

Brasserie a la Fontaine

26/08/2026: A fantastic find! I had a Fontaine burger and it was simply delicious, especially the Comté sauce. My friends ordered the andouillette sausage with Côtes du Jura wine, and the quality and taste were also excellent. The staff are truly lovely, and the terrace is pleasant (it wasn't particularly hot that day). Regarding the slow service: the service is normal, just as you'd expect from a normal person, and they don't feel the pressure to rush around like in the capital, for example. Who doesn't appreciate that? Perhaps look for another place where people are constantly running around trying to meet a deadline. I was on vacation, so I wasn't in a hurry. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.
24/08/2026: Great restaurant, really good food, more than adequate service, little wait, smiling waitress who even anticipated our request for our dog with a bowl of water, perfect, top-notch, I highly recommend it!!
