18/07/2026: Having regularly enjoyed afternoon snacks there, I politely ask the servers for fresh products. Unfortunately, twice in a row, we've been served muffins that were several days old. I find this disappointing and unprofessional.

11/12/2025: The wait was far too long, 45 minutes just to take our order. We ordered a main course and dessert without coffee because it had been an hour and a half and it was time to get back to work. The service was questionable. We won't be returning.

19/07/2026: A very disappointing experience, with a truly appalling lack of consideration. We came during a heatwave and opted for two set menus at €49 per person, accompanied by two Spritz cocktails as aperitifs (priced at the exorbitant €12.50 each). While the cocktails arrived ice-cold, what followed was baffling.
> To accompany our meals, we requested a carafe of water. It was served at room temperature, which was unbearable in the heat. When we politely asked for ice cubes, the owner categorically refused, claiming that chilled water was reserved for bottled water (Plancoët) that cost extra.
> When we expressed our surprise – since our Spritz cocktails did indeed contain ice – she attempted to justify herself by inventing a power outage... even though all the restaurant lights were working perfectly right in front of us.
Paying this price for a set menu and cocktails, only to be refused ice cubes in the middle of a heatwave under false pretenses designed to push bottled water consumption, is unacceptable. The ambiance is one thing, respect for the customer is another. Avoid this place.

18/07/2026: It's not my usual practice to leave negative reviews, but this time it's necessary. I ordered through Uber Eats, and this is the second time in two weeks that the same thing has happened to me. The order arrives incomplete, and each time it's the same item: the double cheddar fries, which cost €6.40. Not to mention the missing sauces, or the five nuggets instead of six… As I see from other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. On top of that, there are numerous unanswered calls where they pick up only to hang up immediately. So, after receiving an incomplete order for the second time, I went directly to the restaurant since Uber refuses to refund the missing items and McDonald's refuses to answer calls! They gave me the two double cheddar fries after I complained in person. Initially, I did ask for my nuggets to be replaced since they were cold, as I had to drive there myself. The manager refused, saying it was the delivery driver's fault, which is completely absurd! I was also told that during busy periods they don't answer the phone, even though they should.
So, okay, I got the two fries I hadn't received, but seriously, is it normal to have to go out of my way and fight to stop paying for nothing?! What is your solution for these Uber Eats and other delivery orders? Are you waiting for unhappy customers to come in to complain, even though they ordered home delivery and paid the delivery fee?! Or are you perhaps counting on people not bothering to go out of their way and simply paying without complaint for products they don't receive?!
It's truly outrageous! We're taking the time to write this kind of review so things will change. Please keep your promises regarding answering the phone, and be more rigorous with order packing to stop these oversights, especially for orders of just three items—it's absurd!

28/07/2024: Je commande juste un menu, 18 minutes pour me servir alors qu'il n'y avais vraiment pas grand monde...
Je demande mon plateau directement car je le vois alors qu'il manque qu'une boisson et le personnel en train de papoter
Pour information il faut 20 minutes et non 18 pour avoir un geste commercial
En bref merci d'apprendre la valeur du travail à vos salariés.
Sinon de passer de meilleurs entretiens
15/05/2024: Attendre 30 min alors que le restaurant est vide incompréhensible ! Burger froid, boisson à un goût de savon, glace avec un soupçon de caramel ( on l'a chercher longtemps).
Bref on y retournera pas!
