04/01/2026: A terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order through Uber Eats with the dark kitchen Pidz Street. The order was placed around 5 PM and only received around 6 PM, after a wait of over an hour, even though the restaurant is less than a 10-minute drive away. The order was stuck for so long that even the delivery driver apologized for the delay. After waiting for another hour, we called the restaurant to find out what was going on. No apology, no explanation: simply, "The driver will leave in two minutes." On top of that, the pizza had a very sour taste and was completely inedible. I sent a photo to Uber Eats support and received a refund, which confirms the problem. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend them.

07/02/2026: This morning, I picked up my couscous order at their new location, La Soucoupe in St. Nazaire. Excellent service, as always. High-quality food. Helpful advice on reheating the dishes. Unparalleled kindness. They even offered me a portion of vegetarian couscous. What more can I say about this excellent place? Wishing them continued success in their new location. Thank you for everything 🙏.

13/01/2026: Very friendly people, great couscous to take away. The vegetables, semolina, merguez sausages, and chicken were all excellent. I highly recommend it; we were a party of 10 adults and had nothing but praise.

13/02/2026: We enjoyed our two cakes 😋 in the (very) small adjoining lounge, accompanied by a large coffee and a long coffee: nothing to complain about, it was delicious, friendly, clean, and pleasant 🤗! The welcome and service were impeccable. We'll definitely be back...

12/02/2026: As a fan of traditional flan, I bought a slice of the new vanilla flan this morning, which turned out to be lighter and more fragrant, but just as good as the old one! Delicious!

Choosing the menu and working on the event's execution was easy and stress-free. The team was completely autonomous on the wedding day, ensuring they were ready when the guests arrived. Both we and the guests loved tasting the wine reception. The meal also delighted all of our guests from start to finish. 07/07/2025: Hello After the toilet broke down, the air conditioning malfunctioned, the tables didn't cool, the heat was unbearable, and I had to leave the premises. I hope you'll resolve all these unpleasant problems. Thank you. I noticed on July 7th that the toilet handle was still broken. This is incredible.

05/07/2025: Company fresh and homemade bread but pastries It's not homemade and it's frozen because the dough is white and it's the chemicals used that do that. Unlike their bread which is yellow dough and without chemicals.

16/02/2026: The crust is so thin it's like pancakes!! Even if you order a thick crust, they give you a thin one 😢, —year after year the quality of the pizzas gets mediocre, - as for the cheesy bread, it's always burnt and getting smaller and smaller. But it's still okay in a pinch, and the delivery is fast, so that's something.
