03/08/2026: We visited here one Friday evening without booking as were staying nearby (on route heading to southern France). We walked by late afternoon and it looked closed. We told the hotel owner we didn’t know where to go for dinner and she said Auberge de Flo would be open and it was relaxed and very good. We returned about 8pm and it was open ! We had the best meal at Flo’s during our time in France. The proprietor (presumably Flo) was lovely. I tried their potato cakes which were delicious. One of the other diners (we learned it family of Flo) came to help us throughout our meal with translations into English. We were made very welcome as were our children. We sat outside and then went afterward to look at the sunset over the valley. A memorable moment and fantastic food and hosts.

07/07/2026: The food was excellent. The team was super fast and efficient.

04/07/2026: Dinner shared with friends. Service was very slow, but the new team and new owner were incredibly kind; we had a really, really good time. We'll definitely be back.
