14/10/2024: Déçue très déçue 1ère et dernière visite pour moi les amis la famille les voisins. Plat quantité très light Service brouillon Le supplément dessert non @ est indécent sachant que certains @ coûtent le même prix que sans @. C'est mesquin 17.20€ pour plat du jour et dessert c'est cher et pas du tout commerçant. Bye bye.. Claire

30/08/2024: Avec ma chérie c'est carrément devenu notre QG et pour cause!! Super accueil, plats succulents (surtout les salades mmhmm)...et prix + que corrects...bref on recommande chaleureusement.

29/12/2024: The menu is really nice, there's something for everyone, lots of choice, it's a pleasure! The pirate theme decoration is very beautiful, the only downsides are the music which is too loud and the place which is too small. Otherwise in terms of cocktails it's super good, the Bubble Tea is deliciously sweet, it's literally candy!! I will come back

Meanwhile, others come in without problem, simply showing off or their regular status. Do you think you are a chic club in Lyon/Paris? Come down from your log, you are in Saint-Étienne. See you soon... during your next liquidation. Sincerely. PS: Flee this establishment which will bring you nothing. They pretend to be a 5-star place, but only let in regulars who just have a drink at the bar. Afterwards, it dares to whine about the “nightclub crisis”. You are the perfect caricature of what makes them sink. I will take all the time necessary to advise against your club to my customers and favor a real establishment worthy of the name.

06/11/2024: We usually come every week to eat, we travel 20km just to eat at the subway. We always ask for a small pot of Caesar sauce which we pay extra for and this has always been accepted by the various employees, who, according to them, would have checked with their manager if it was authorized. We came today, taking our usual order, and the pots of sauce were refused by the “manager”. You should tune your violins! But also give the information with a little more respect. We will now go to Steel, who are very pleasant and caring, you have lost a very loyal customer! However, the other employees have always been very pleasant and friendly, too bad the manager is bitter…

14/01/2025: One star, but if we could give zero plus one! A so-called manager, as friendly and welcoming as a prison door, stares at you with wide eyes and practically attacks you with a simple "hello." We ask for a pizza without ham, with the topping advertised as "ham OR bacon," not both. Besides learning some manners, this woman should also develop her IQ, which is about the same as the outside temperature, and learn to read the ingredients of the products she sells. Maybe she can't read either. So we ask for a pizza without ham and end up with a pizza... with BACON! "I didn't make a mistake, you told me no ham, not no bacon." First of all, the topping doesn't contain both; it's OR, not AND. And if we ask for a pizza without ham, by definition without pork, common sense would dictate that we also shouldn't put bacon on it. Perhaps common sense is a foreign concept to her. We called her, 75th pizza, not an apology but instead a condescending and haughty tone from a hussy who told us to get lost. Never again.

26/06/2025: UPDATE: I tried again at lunchtime with a 1.5-hour break. Despite this extended time, it was still impossible to get served for a main course and dessert. The waiter was alone, and the service was still slow. I specifically asked not to be charged for the desserts, since they weren't served and weren't eaten. The waiter assured me this would be taken into account… only to end up charging me exactly the same price as for a full meal. ➡️ This is therefore a lie, and in my opinion, a dishonest, even abusive, practice. If you consistently apply a set menu, then at least have the honesty to clearly state it—or make sure you can deliver on your promises regarding service. Like many, I don't appreciate being taken for a fool, and I won't make this mistake again. This was the last time. ---- My colleague and I visited this restaurant several times last summer and appreciated the manager's warm welcome, the terrace, and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, our last two visits were much less positive. On both occasions, we were charged for the entire menu when we only ordered the daily special, as we didn't have time for the rest (it's impossible to eat in an hour there). Beyond questioning the legality of this charge, it's simply not good business practice to charge full price to someone who doesn't order the entire menu, especially when it's mainly due to the speed of the service. Given this practice, we probably won't be going back, which is a shame considering our initial positive impression.
