19/07/2026: My third cooking class with this very friendly team. Today it was "Lebanese Aeritif": some lovely, fresh discoveries for summer. A very enjoyable experience. People who love to share. I had no trouble finding a class at a time that suited me. I also loved the "100% Fish" class.

We have nothing but thanks to Alexis and Piermick, as well as the team, for the organization, the tasting, and the atmosphere they created for such an important event.
The food was delicious (according to 100 guests) and the wine was excellent too!

21/08/2026: Ordered for takeout and served in 10 minutes; the pizza was so big it barely fit in the box, what more could you ask for?
08/08/2026: No service whatsoever. The wait was interminable, I've never seen anything like it; over 40 minutes just to take an order. I'd rather leave than wait, it's ridiculous.

13/06/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering "Chez Ye" restaurant in Saint-Étienne and I'm absolutely blown away! The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and the service seamless; you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is pleasant and the setting is beautiful. It's a place I would return to without hesitation and highly recommend—it's fantastic for the price!

20/04/2026: We should collaborate with students to make the place less "dark." I loved the experience, but I was in good company; it would have been difficult on my own. (Being hit on by drunk old guys doesn't make you feel safe.) I want this place to flourish! I want techno to resonate! We need F2 in Saint-Étienne! Young people need to go and dance there!

02/08/2026: A very unpleasant experience. We were refused entry, told that the bar only allowed "known" customers, even though I had been there before. The bar was practically empty, and we were two doctors, calm, well-dressed, and ready to order drinks.
This justification seemed particularly vague and arbitrary. Given the way we were turned away, we sincerely wondered if this refusal wasn't based on discrimination, particularly racial discrimination. In any case, this type of selection process at the door is incomprehensible and gives a very bad impression of the establishment.

01/09/2026: A pleasant cafe opposite the Train station. My wife and I stopped here for a meal which was perfectly adequate. The issue arose when it came to paying. A bill was presented for just over 50 Euros, I asked the waiter if this included service and he indicated that it did not and said "17.5%". i assumed he added this on and presented my card. It wasn't until later that I realized he added 15 Euros (30%) and service was actually included all along. I feel like I've been scammed. This was on the evening of 28th August

06/07/2026: Sunday morning, July 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m., I had a coffee on a terrace.
A young redhead waitress served me. Gorgeous, voluptuous, sexy.
For a few moments, I fell in love with this stunning woman... My day was made all the better for it.
06/06/2026: Upon arrival, the place wasn't very clean. The tables on the terrace hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there were marks on them. I ordered an espresso and a Coca-Cola. The coffee was served in a cup that had already been used. I went to ask them about the dirty glass, and the waitress replied that it wasn't my fault if I'd been partying too much. When they reserved my coffee, there was no apology or anything. As for the Coke, the guy put the ice cubes in with his bare hands, and the glass had stains on it! It hadn't been washed either. I don't recommend it, especially the service.

23/07/2026: I bought a sandwich with two ground beef patties and cheese, but I was served three slices of crustless white bread with tasteless, sickeningly sweet meat and cheese that wasn't even melted.
It looked nothing like the picture of the sandwich I'd seen on the menu. I couldn't even finish it. Don't go there; it's a waste of money and you risk getting food poisoning.
10/06/2026: Honestly, I've never seen anything so disgusting and inedible. A wrap isn't that complicated to make. How is it possible to keep a snack bar open with such poor quality?
I found pieces of wood in the sandwich, the kebab meat was full of grease, the fries were bad, and even the raw vegetables were inedible. The dough was thick, hard, and dry.
On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes even though there was only one other customer. Frankly, I understand better now why there's nobody here and why the prices are so low. First and last time for me. Don't trust the reviews at all!!!!

07/04/2026: They require a minimum payment of 5 euros by credit card, however, there's no sign stating this; they only tell you after you've placed your order. Reported to the fraud squad. To be continued.

C'est mesquin 17.20€ pour plat du jour et dessert c'est cher et pas du tout commerçant. Bye bye..

Meanwhile, others come in without problem, simply showing off or their regular status. Do you think you are a chic club in Lyon/Paris? Come down from your log, you are in Saint-Étienne.
See you soon... during your next liquidation. Sincerely.
PS: Flee this establishment which will bring you nothing. They pretend to be a 5-star place, but only let in regulars who just have a drink at the bar. Afterwards, it dares to whine about the “nightclub crisis”. You are the perfect caricature of what makes them sink. I will take all the time necessary to advise against your club to my customers and favor a real establishment worthy of the name.
