06/05/2024: I stopped by on Monday May 6 for the 9:15 p.m. session. The guy at reception is unpleasant and in bad faith. He didn't want to give us the discount even though we had just bought the membership card, under the pretext that we can't use it on the first day, even though this is not stated anywhere. He wanted to charge us 72 euros for the service instead of 44 euros. Also when we asked for a refund, he refused it and told us he couldn't do it. When told he was legally required to do so, he refused. They threatened to sue him legally and he ended up doing it. In addition, when we wanted to take the seats with the Orléans pass, he refused it to us and he told us that he did not want to do it, then he started to lie by telling us that he did not There was no more room, we ended up forcing him to do it anyway under the threat of legal leverage. Really worth avoiding, worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never come back which is a shame because the track is really cool. I would have given it a 5/5 if the service was there.

More than 20 years of activity and always full of customers (pros, enthusiasts, amateurs, beginners, party people, ..., and a few clumsy people, ...) is the proof When I see some very negative comments, I think they have not understood that everyone shares this magnificent place and mutual respect is a necessary element sometimes.

29/02/2024: Deux choses bien différentes : qualité du repas superbe, produits frais -haricots verts superbes mais : la serveuse même dans une salle vide vous IMPOSE une table sans aucune raison !!! Vous lui dites vos préférences et elle vous tient tête !!! Le client doit choisir librement et se sentir bien ( pas systématiquement à côté d'une autre table quand tout est vide !!!!! ) A AMELIORER

09/03/2024: Very disappointed, the cod with saffron sauce does not taste like saffron at all, it lacks taste. The sea stew is very average, too salty.

09/03/2024: Early on a Sunday lunchtime, ordered mussels and fries. Very small mussels and it looked like they had added the mussels from Saturday evening with them. The waitresses are top notch and it's thanks to them that I added 1 star. Otherwise very disappointed for a first with them. 😕

26/03/2024: I discovered the brand in Olivet in January and came away very happy. So I in turn introduced my sister to Wokasie but this time the Saran restaurant (including the entrance which we had a little difficulty finding because we didn't know the area) and although we ate, there was much less choice than in Olivet, and more expensive. The staff was very pleasant but if we have to go back, it will be in Olivet.

06/05/2024: Everything is cold, fries and sandwiches. Slippery floors, sticky tables. The toilets are filthy: Filth everywhere, a smell to vomit. No soap in the 2 toilets: shameful, for a restaurant. A report was made at the counter. There are dozens of employees in this restaurant, none seem to care about hygiene, many are laughing in the kitchen. (Saturday May 4, 9:30 p.m.)

05/05/2024: So I was on the road with my children when we decided to get a little McDonald's And the disappointment! We are told that there are no happy meals after midnight on the pretext that it was not profitable for the franchisee. Go explain that to the children finally... Finally I had to make a big order and they only got crumbs. Enjoy your meal.
