03/08/2026: I was disappointed by this restaurant, which has locations all over France. The mussels were far too small, giving an impression of poor quality. As for the beer, it was too warm, which is a shame for this type of establishment.

31/08/2026: We came as a family hoping to have a nice time, but it was ruined by the appalling service from the waitresses, who lacked both the smiles and the politeness required in this profession. We even had to ask for the wine. We won't be returning, which is a shame because the food was excellent. We didn't even get to try the desserts because the waitresses' rudeness discouraged us.
29/08/2026: The meal was enjoyable, but there were many shortcomings in the service. The waitress and waiter were not welcoming at all, and the service was far too slow – 2 hours and 20 minutes for the starter, main course, and dessert, not to mention the dishes that were forgotten. It's definitely changed; I wouldn't recommend it at all. What a shame!

01/09/2026: After a rather promising start, we were very disappointed by the dry, burnt main course that was served after an hour's wait, and by the dessert, which was a dessert in name only. Fortunately, the very kind and attentive waitresses made up for the unsatisfactory quality of the food.
31/08/2026: This restaurant is awful! The menu is practically empty, with only two desserts and they're not even good… the main courses are so-so… nothing special! And to top it all off, €83 for two! That's way too much.

23/11/2025: For my part, the meal was very good, the welcome was nice, just the accompanying portion was very minimalist, a small dish of crushed mashed potatoes and a small dish of sautéed potatoes which for me was the value for one person and we were 6 adults plus I found it very expensive.

31/07/2026: I'm really very satisfied with my experience. The servers were excellent (PA and Gabriel), and the chef, Babou, was very attentive to cooking the meat perfectly—it was delicious. I highly recommend it!
30/07/2026: The setting, the food, and the staff are all top-notch! It's always a pleasure to eat at Bistronome. If you're between Brussels and Barcelona, it's definitely worth a visit...for sure.
