In Gavaudun, in the heart of the Dordogne, we savored honest, homemade cuisine with flavors that burst in your mouth. The owners gave us a wonderfully warm welcome. All this in a peaceful village, with beautiful stone houses and birdsong. A simple, magical moment that celebrates spring.
