04/02/2026: We had a great time at L'Escale. The waitresses were friendly, the food was delicious, and the chef even came out of the kitchen to serve us—thank you, Chef! The parking lot next door was easy to find. I highly recommend it.
The prices are reasonable.

A huge thank you to the entire kitchen team. It's rare to find such a generous and expertly prepared restaurant: everything was delicious from start to finish. You can taste the passion in every dish, and honestly, the price is more than reasonable for such quality. A true gem that I wholeheartedly recommend!

14/11/2025: He considers the short-term parking spaces to be his. He puts up stickers for improper parking, but has no problem parking there without respecting the time limits.
14/11/2025: He's been putting stickers on cars parked in the short-term parking zone (badly parked stickers), even though he parks there himself. And when you look at the reviews, you quickly realize other people are saying the same thing.
There are people paid to ticket cars; it's not your job. Stay in your lane.
P.S.: Careful, sir, you're on a street where everyone talks. 😉

The staff are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. I recommend it.

raw egg, with molar egg white then raw duck breast, otherwise it's generous.

Salade et plat très simples, ça faisait un peu cantine. En revanche super de proposer un assortiment des desserts qui eux étaient très bon.
J'ai trouvé la salle étouffante malheureusement.
24/09/2024: Restaurant réputé à Cahors. Mais accueil du patron déplorable. On avait réservé mais on est pas resté.
Jusqu'à présent on avait jamais vu ça !!!!

Le repas fût bon sauf les burgers avec pain industriel type Jacquet, nous aurions apprécié pour ce tarif, un pain artisanale...

27/08/2024: It's a small restaurant that I discovered by chance following a visit to the Pont Valentré; the nice terrace with a few tables on the sidewalk caught my attention. Seeing the dish of the day at 11.90 euros, a sirloin with pepper sauce and fries, I immediately asked if a table was free. Total surprise, hearty dish and quality meat for a price far from the restaurants in the city center. The service was pleasant and fast, we could chat quietly without having to deal with the conversation from neighboring tables, I loved it. Thank you to the waitresses who were constantly moving in all directions with a smile and a particular kindness to the well-being of the customers despite the heatwave. Thanks to the team, excellent and really affordable meal (11 euros/person with bottles of water).
17/08/2024: It is on the street that leads to the Pont Valentré, the most famous attraction in Cahors, so you find it on the way from the city center. It is a menu and fast food bar. Your proposal is honest. They treated us well and in Spanish, so everything was easier. The price was affordable, so no complaints. We were right because we wanted to eat something quick and easy. The bathroom is mixed and small but very clean. I give it four stars for the detail of the language.
