07/06/2026: The room was very disappointing; there was no bottle of water upon arrival, which we did receive at much lesser hotels, and the staff was unfriendly. A man behind the bar was downright rude. The food was decent, and the view was beautiful. In everything, you can tell that this hotel lacks passionate staff.

07/06/2026: This hotel from this chain is fantastic in terms of location, but less so in terms of rooms and abominable in terms of service! The front location was an ugly box-like building with an unsecured parking lot that wasn't big enough. Certainly not during peak season. The reception was astonishing… a “manager” yelled at his staff in front of the guests. 😱 Unacceptable! The rooms were disappointing. A view of a roof, no water as a welcome, no shower gel; the beds were good. The kettle had to stand on the floor because the cord is too short to put it on the desk. The chambermaids were nice; one of the receptionists (a slim lady) was very helpful. The air conditioning broke down, so we were given another room (twice), and the last time, the receptionist on duty was tapping her fingers and saying: Depeche TOI!!!! I have to go back to the reception 😱 so bad!!! The breakfast was fine! But the dinner… oh my… so bad. Apart from the piece of meat or fish we ordered, the garnish was exactly the same: pommes Anna, a smear of sweet potato, and some vague jelly-like vegetable pudding or something... in any case, yuck, yuck, yuck. The beautiful photos on the website, oh, oh, oh, how fake!!! Service extremely unfriendly. Anyway, I'm done with this place; we are never coming back, even though our expectations were high. Such a shame. People, learn from this... it will help you...

10/06/2026: After several hours on winding roads, we finally reached our destination. A lovely restaurant, generous and excellent dishes, and extremely friendly service. I'll definitely be making a note of it for my next visit.

27/06/2026: I eat at this McDonald's several times a month. Lately, I've noticed a hygiene problem. The patio is really dirty! The floor is disgusting... The tables are sticky, and when you get up, you have black marks on your thighs! I really get the impression that they're never cleaned outside... The staff is quite pleasant, which is a good point. I get the impression they're doing their best. But I wonder how they can agree to serve at the table on

12/07/2026: We chose this restaurant by chance to celebrate my sister's birthday, and what a wonderful surprise! A hearty and delicious meal: a flavorful cassoulet and a generous, gourmet salad. The owner was very attentive, and the waitresses and waiters took excellent care of us throughout the evening. In short, a memorable evening that my sister won't soon forget.

03/06/2026: Very, very good tacos, well-made. I had 67 and thoroughly enjoyed them. The chef is good, guys.

02/06/2026: Classic restaurant in this city, but honestly there are things that could be better, but apart from that it's a good restaurant.

24/05/2026: Large but noisy terrace (next to a busy road) Decent food, nothing exceptional Friendly but inconsistent service (the waiters walk past you 10 times without looking at you, and you have to ask twice for salt and pepper)

19/05/2026: Friendly service, pleasant place. But there it stops. Ok it was a Sunday evening, most other restaurants were closed. Hence busy. The cook was maybe overstretched. Franch fries were a joke: some soft stuff in a paper bag. Vegetables, courgette were soft and partly burned. The meat could have been reasoble, but partly burned to charcoal. It was not cheap. Pity, as mentioned, people were fine.

16/05/2026: Very disappointing! I placed a pastry order which they were unable to fulfill and they acted in very bad faith.

06/05/2026: While on holiday in the Lot region, we wanted to try Croustilot, a traditional sourdough bread, and we weren't disappointed. This bakery offers a very good Croustilot, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The customer service was adequate.

22/05/2026: The restaurant is a pleasant place with a style that creates a typical atmosphere. The dishes are very good, made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The cuisine is traditional yet innovative. I highly recommend this establishment; it will surely surprise you.

11/07/2026: Very disappointed for the second time!!! I ordered a cake for 10 people which was too small. In my opinion, the decoration was sloppy, there was a spelling mistake on a piece of chocolate, and the inscription was illegible. It was for my grandson's first birthday (he turned one with an "s"). The cake was a strawberry cake with a minimum of strawberries but far too much cream! I do not recommend it!

11/07/2026: We ordered a birthday cake for my son, meant for 10 people, but frankly, it only served 8 at most. The decoration was sloppy, the writing was illegible, and there was a major spelling mistake. It was supposed to be a strawberry cake, but honestly, you had to search for the strawberries. The whole family was very disappointed with this dessert.
