29/03/2024: I think there is no manager in this restaurant, or else he or she should be more than ashamed. Didn't anyone teach you how to look at reviews on the internet? basically, there are thousands of reviews saying the same thing, the same things which are nevertheless blatant, and then you never look around your restaurant? Have you ever thought about going to the toilet for example? Do you think they are clean? Hundreds of comments WITH additional photos, the shame... so I think you are aware of all this, but obviously you are not doing what is necessary to fix the situation. I think we've all eaten at McDonald's many times in several places in France, but I think we can all agree that this is by far the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We sit at a table, our arms are almost glued to the table because it sticks so much because it's not cleaned, the floor the same, we generally have to clean our table ourselves. You are losing a lot of customers and it is totally deserved, meanwhile, Burger King has set up shop near Leclerct, and they have obviously understood the basics of fast food. The choice is no longer even thought about, take their example from them.
