11/09/2024: Very good restaurant to discover in Surgères. The couscous is excellent, the dessert fabulous (we had cinnamon orange salad).
The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service discreet and efficient. In short, we will return there as soon as possible.

“the chef” creates an unbearable atmosphere!
He pushes consumption, believes himself superior and doesn't keep his word!
I wasn't thinking of leaving a comment but when I see in a newspaper article that he says that his extra thing is "the heart" I can't let it go because it's so FALSE! When someone does things from the heart you can feel it and clearly the opposite happened when we came.
For cooking, the semolina is dry although soaked in fat, the vegetables are undercooked and are not tasty. And then if you have any meat left and you ask to take it home we tell you yes but we will never bring it to you “oops we threw it all away…. » not even an apology so for the commercial gesture you shouldn't even dream!
Frankly, when you actually make couscous you have to do it with your heart and that’s not the case! Femina rhymes with moula: that you will lose in far too large a quantity!

13/08/2024: Alors j aurait aimé donner mon avis sur la cuisine…. Mais je n ai pas pu goûter un seul plat !!!! Arrivé à 20h … 21h30 toujours pas de couscous en vue alors que des tables arrivées après nous sont servies avant . Pourtant nous avons relancé plusieurs fois la serveuse ensuite le patron mais rien n y a fait !!!!! Nous sommes donc partis le ventre vide dommage ça avait l air bon !!!! Des efforts sont à faire pour l organisation

Si on n'aime le couscous comme moi et a compagne: une d&couverte par la qualité. Si on est critique pour le service: rien à redire que du contrainre. Le cadre intérieur est superbe, les sanitaire unique tant au niveau cadre que propreté. Si vous êtes à Evian, allez le découvrir !

Les prix des plats sont raisonnables (~23€) mais ⚠️ à la boisson.
