30/04/2026: Being from the north, a visit to the Moulin de Beslay was a must.
We absolutely loved it! It was incredible to rediscover the flavors of the North.
The owner is super friendly; you can go there without hesitation! 5/5
22/04/2026: This is an authentic restaurant frequented by locals, with an excellent menu at great value. The Normandy pork chop and crème brûlée are absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: My comment concerns the restaurant.
The gravlax salmon from the Valentine's Day menu (I don't remember the sauce it came with) was delicious; I dream about it at night. Feel free to deliver 2 kg of it directly to my home if you have any extra.
