24/03/2024: This is the first time I've left a negative comment on a restaurant! The cuisine is very bland, the setting is in very bad taste (large orientalist painting representing a woman with garish makeup in suggestive outfit with a hookah in her mouth). We came in a group of 10 colleagues and the boss when taking the order literally encouraged me to take alcohol while trying to make me uncomfortable in front of the colleagues because I was the only one to take a soft drink. Really not worthy of the warm and respectful welcome of Moroccans. The pompom was when I asked to put the rest in a takeaway box because I don't like throwing away food, learned that I had packed it, at the time of the bill I learned that the doggybag is 5 euros ! Scandal! Paying for a plastic box is the first time I've seen that. Wise advice from a real Moroccan: avoid this restaurant! Truly unworthy of our beautiful gastronomy and our sense of welcome

The location is superb in all seasons and the view is brilliant. I very much liked the relaxed atmosphere and the staff made us feel at home. If you like seafood, you won't be disappointed: the menu is small but each dish is a little gem. The desserts are also absolutely great. The only sad note is that it's going to close soon for a complete refurbishment. I can't wait to return afterwards!

05/04/2024: Hello, the boss doesn't want to pay me my salary, I asked him twice, plus he yells all night in the kitchen because he doesn't like how they work. And every time the waiter leaves.
03/04/2024: I recently discovered La Tortola on the Promenade des Flots Bleus in St Laurent du Var and I must say it was a delicious experience. The wide choice of dishes, ranging from burgers to more elaborate dishes, satisfied all the preferences of our group of friends. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. In addition, the availability of children's menus was a real plus for us, ensuring that everyone found something to enjoy. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service. Without a doubt, I highly recommend La Tortola to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience in St Laurent du Var. I'm already planning to go back with my family to share this beautiful discovery with them.
